Your shortlist for sleep & recovery

By Peptide Clarity Guide · October 2026

This comparison covers services listing sermorelin and related products. Persistent sleep or recovery problems deserve assessment of their causes; inclusion here is not a recommendation to begin a growth-hormone-related treatment.

What the rules check, and what to expect

Six rules sort In from Not yet. A clinician reviews your answers before a prescription is written up, and the price appears with no card required. Orders come from a licensed US pharmacy, the catalog holds no research-use compounds, refund and cancel terms are public, and enrollment is open in at least one state. How picks work explains each rule.

Be clear-eyed about results. Adult sermorelin studies are small and short. Hormone changes do not establish better sleep or recovery. Related GHRH preparations have been studied in small sleep experiments, but they do not validate every commercial sermorelin formulation or a predictable wellness timeline. What sermorelin is and how long sermorelin takes to work cover the details, and how to get sermorelin walks through the prescription steps.

How to choose between the picks

  • Clarify the sleep complaint first. Difficulty falling asleep, unrefreshing sleep and feeling slow to recover are different concerns. Ask how the clinician assesses the specific problem you describe. An intake designed to approve a peptide order may not offer a broader sleep evaluation. Establish when the program would refer you for another assessment. A recovery label on a product does not explain why your symptoms occur.
  • Read the GHRH study precisely. Some small experiments measured hormone release or overnight sleep stages under specific protocols. Those observations do not establish a predictable response to a commercial sermorelin formulation. Modified growth-hormone-releasing analogs are not automatically the same molecule. Request evidence for the actual injection, dissolving preparation or spray being proposed. The absence of a needle does not establish comparable absorption or a better sleep result.
  • Separate laboratory response from restful sleep. Discuss why an IGF-1 measurement is relevant to the clinical decision. A higher result by itself cannot show that your sleep or recovery improved. Ask which symptoms or functional changes will also be reviewed at follow-up. Confirm who interprets the findings rather than leaving the result as an unexplained portal number. Include required repeat testing in the treatment budget.
  • Set the terms for reviewing or stopping care. Establish how to reach the prescriber when the proposed treatment is not helping. Written messaging, a scheduled consultation and medication-renewal approval are different services. Ask which one the subscription includes before committing to several supplies. If NAD+ is offered instead, require its own evidence discussion rather than assuming another recovery benefit. Confirm whether ending a membership also stops future medication preparation.

Questions about this list

What does sermorelin cost a month?
Posted monthly prices for sermorelin run $100.38–$349, depending on the form and plan length. Lozenges and other under-the-tongue forms run $100.38–$299 a month. The pick card gives each provider's own figure.
Does sermorelin help you sleep?
Evidence for a commercial sermorelin preparation improving adult sleep is not established. Small studies of related GHRH protocols do not prove that every injection, lozenge or spray has the same effect. Review the exact preparation and expectations with your prescriber.
Is sermorelin FDA-approved?
Current compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Former Geref approvals were withdrawn at the manufacturer’s request, and FDA later found that withdrawal was not for safety or effectiveness. That historical finding does not approve a current wellness preparation. A research-use vial is not a patient prescription.
