The six rules
Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how Enhance MD does. How picks work
1 · Clears it
A clinician sees you first
A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.
2 · Clears it
The price shows before you pay
You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.
3 · Misses it
A licensed US pharmacy fills it
FAQ lists TruMedsRx, Strive and Pharmacy Hub; terms instead list Rite-Away, Vios and TruMedsRx with addresses.
4 · Clears it
Care, not research chemicals
Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.
5 · Clears it
There's a clear way out
Selected short plans renew every 28 days. Cancel before the next cycle; onboarding ineligibility has an initial-payment refund.
6 · Clears it
You can actually sign up

The short version
Enhance MD organizes its weight-management program around laboratory testing and a video consultation. The FAQ describes baseline blood work at Quest Diagnostics before the initial visit, with ongoing metabolic monitoring every six months. That is a concrete service feature to compare with programs that leave testing to another clinician. It does not establish that the treatment will work for a particular patient or that another appropriate care model is inadequate. The company identifies itself as an administrative platform, with care delivered through medical groups including Enhance Wellness PC and iThriveMD PC; the terms additionally name EnhanceMD CA PC. A payment starts onboarding; it does not guarantee a prescription or dispensing.
The pharmacy disclosures need reconciliation. The FAQ lists Tru Meds Rx, Strive Pharmacy and Pharmacy Hub. The terms separately list Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy and TruMedsRx, with addresses. These are different partner lists, not proof that all are used for every treatment or that an order will go to a particular location. Enhance MD remains outside the recommendations pending a clear dispensing assignment. Ask for the exact facility, address and state authorization before ordering, then verify that facility through its regulator. A brand name shared across several pharmacy locations does not identify the license for the location handling your medication.
The short product offers expressly bill every four weeks. The monthly comparison figures here are $270.49 for semaglutide, $357.40 for tirzepatide, $216.18 for NAD+ injections and $107.54 for the wafer. These are 365-day annualized comparisons, not the amount of an individual charge. A fixed twenty-eight-day renewal moves through calendar months. Longer offers bill every twelve, twenty-four or forty-eight weeks; a plan called twelve months therefore needs its actual duration checked. Confirm the full prepaid charge and later renewal rather than multiplying a headline without reading the schedule.
The GLP-1 menu describes one price across doses within a selected plan. Microdose tirzepatide instead begins with a twelve-week commitment, and the Elite product markets semaglutide together with tirzepatide. A combination product should not be treated as an approved version of either medicine or assumed to improve outcomes. Approved GLP-1 labeling limits coadministration with other GLP-1 receptor agonists; discuss why a combination is proposed and what evidence supports it. The NAD+ page also makes rapid-energy and longevity claims. The presence of medical oversight or a choice between injection and wafer does not prove those benefits or establish that the routes perform equivalently.
The FAQ says the standard program includes lab work, virtual visits, medication through partner pharmacies and shipping. Baseline testing includes CMP, lipids, TSH and A1c, with fasting recommended in the onboarding material. Confirm which requirements apply to the exact NAD+ or weight-management product rather than assuming every pathway is identical. The FAQ describes a 40-state-plus-DC launch list despite a broader licensing claim, so state access needs checking. It also says FSA and HSA cards are not accepted. If using an outside pharmacy, medication is billed separately at that pharmacy’s prices rather than automatically included in the platform bundle.
Cancellation and delivery deserve separate questions. The terms require cancellation before the next billing cycle and place detailed subscription conditions at checkout; the FAQ permits pausing or canceling through support. It promises a full initial-payment refund if onboarding finds the patient ineligible, not an unconditional refund at any later stage. The FAQ also asserts that its medication withstands unrefrigerated shipping and extreme temperatures. That broad assurance should not override FDA’s warning against using an injectable GLP-1 that arrives warm or insufficiently refrigerated. Ask the dispensing pharmacist to assess the actual shipment and product label before use. The reviewed material does not establish a universal two-day delivery guarantee.

How it works
Online intake and payment
Complete the medical history and review the exact subscription terms at checkout.
Baseline testing
The weight-management pathway uses Quest labs before the initial video consultation.
Clinical consultation
A clinician reviews the results and determines suitability; payment does not guarantee medication.
Pharmacy confirmation
Resolve the differing partner lists and obtain the exact dispensing facility and shipment instructions.
Follow-up and renewals
Short plans renew every 28 days; confirm longer-plan schedules and cancel before the next cycle.
What we like
- The weight-management pathway starts with Quest testing and a video visit.
- The FAQ describes metabolic monitoring every six months.
- Product offers state four-, twelve-, twenty-four- or forty-eight-week billing intervals.
- The platform identifies the medical groups responsible for clinical care.
- Onboarding ineligibility has a stated full initial-payment refund.
Watch-outs
- The FAQ and terms publish different pharmacy partner lists.
- Four-week billing moves across calendar months; the comparison is not the charge.
- Longer plans require checking the full prepaid amount and actual weeks covered.
- The Elite combination and NAD+ benefit claims need separate clinical scrutiny.
- Broad shipping-stability claims should not override FDA’s warm-arrival warning.
Who it fits
You value baseline testing and a live consultation and will verify the dispensing site and full plan schedule.
Who might want another pick
You need a confirmed dispensing assignment, access outside the listed states or a short plan without required testing.

Questions people ask
- Does Enhance MD bill monthly?
- The shortest cited product offers bill every four weeks. Their calendar-month figures use a 365-day annualized comparison and differ from the individual charge. Longer offers explicitly use twelve-, twenty-four- or forty-eight-week billing.
- Why is the pharmacy assignment unresolved?
- The FAQ lists TruMedsRx, Strive and Pharmacy Hub, while the terms list Rite-Away, Vios and TruMedsRx with addresses. Ask which exact site will fill your particular prescription; the two lists do not establish that assignment.
- Are labs and a live visit required?
- The weight-management FAQ requires baseline Quest testing before the initial video consultation and describes six-month monitoring. Confirm the requirements for your chosen product, especially a different NAD+ pathway.
- Can I cancel and receive a refund?
- Cancel before the next cycle through support and review the detailed checkout conditions. The stated full initial-payment refund concerns ineligibility during onboarding; it is not a general promise for all cancellations or fulfilled prescriptions.
- What if an injectable GLP-1 arrives warm?
- The FAQ’s general shipping-stability assertion does not resolve an individual shipment. FDA advises against using injectable GLP-1 medication that arrives warm or without adequate refrigeration. Contact the dispensing pharmacist for the actual product and shipment assessment before use.
