What will it really cost a month?
A price billed every 4 weeks, a prepaid plan and a membership fee all hide the monthly number. Type in what the provider prints and get the calendar-month cost and the first-year total.
Check a price
Type the price exactly as the provider prints it, then how often it's charged.

How the math works
For a charge every 28 days, the annualized monthly comparison is the charge times 365, divided by 28, then divided by 12. The same 365-day basis applies to 30-, 56- and 84-day billing. This comparison is not the cash-payment count: with a first charge today, renewals before day 365 produce 14 payments for a 28-day plan or 13 for a 30-day plan.
A prepaid plan is the total divided by the months it covers. A 3-month plan for $540 is $180 a month, as long as you'd stay the full 3 months anyway.
Required fees go on top: a monthly membership every month, a one-time intake or lab fee in the first year. Ask for the month-two price in writing before you pay.
