The short version: Learn how visits, analytics, local tool inputs and provider referrals are handled, and how to exercise your privacy choices.

Peptide Clarity Guide is a free educational publication at peptideclarityguide.com. You can read articles, compare providers and use the tools without an account or paying us. This policy explains how information is handled on the site and how to contact the publisher about your choices.

Information from a visit

Our hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, request times and error information. Security checks help distinguish ordinary visitors from automated abuse.

Google Analytics measures the public site's page views, general engagement, widget impressions and provider-link clicks. Reports can include general device and location information, the page or referring site, provider, link placement, position and anonymous experiment variant. Unpublished previews do not load the analytics tag. We do not put your name, email, laboratory values or questionnaire answers into analytics events.

We use this information to understand which resources are useful, compare placements, maintain the site, investigate errors and prevent abuse. We do not use it to make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

Calculators and questionnaires

Prices, laboratory values and questionnaire answers you enter are processed in your browser to produce an estimate or help you browse. They are not submitted to us, included in page addresses or sent to providers by these tools. Results are educational rather than a diagnosis, eligibility decision or personalized treatment recommendation. Closing or refreshing a tool clears its in-memory answers. Browser features such as autofill are controlled by your browser.

Cookies and local preferences

We use browser storage for analytics preferences and to remember whether you dismissed a prompt or which anonymous experiment variant was shown. These preferences contain no laboratory values, health history or questionnaire answers. Google Analytics can set analytics cookies when storage is allowed. Our host may use temporary security checks to protect the site.

Analytics storage is allowed by default unless you decline or an applicable Global Privacy Control signal sets a denied preference. Use Cookie choices in the footer to change your choice. Denying analytics instructs Google to deny analytics storage and removes existing analytics cookies for this site. Limited cookieless measurement signals may still be sent; denial is not a promise that every network request stops. Your choice is specific to that browser and may be lost when you clear site data or use a private window.

A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out when you have not already saved a choice. A later explicit choice here can change that preference. We do not assign a separate meaning to the older Do Not Track setting. Your browser can also block or delete cookies. Google's privacy policy and Analytics opt-out add-on explain its services and controls.

Some provider links are affiliate links. Our referral service can receive the publication ID, source page, provider, placement, link position and experiment variant, and it or the provider may process IP addresses, browser details and click identifiers. These help attribute sign-ups and commissions. Reports we receive may include conversion times, order values, status and commission amounts. We do not receive a provider's medical intake answers, clinical notes or prescription records through this reporting.

Following a provider link takes you to a separate business governed by its own privacy policy. It can set its own cookies or request health and payment information. Denying optional analytics storage here does not change that business's settings or prevent a provider link you choose from opening its external destination. Read the provider's policy before sending it sensitive information.

Email and correspondence

Correspondence sent to the publisher includes the sender’s email address, message and any supplied name. We use it to respond, investigate a correction, handle a privacy request or maintain a necessary business record. Do not send medical records, financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information in an ordinary email. We do not provide clinical care through email. There is no newsletter signup or public user account service on this site.

Service providers and disclosures

We use hosting, security, analytics, referral-reporting and email services for the functions described above. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to investigate abuse or protect rights and safety, or in connection with a transfer of the publication. Providers you visit from a link operate separately; we do not control their handling of information.

We do not sell contact lists or medical records and do not run targeted advertising pixels. Some privacy laws define sale or sharing broadly, including certain online tracking arrangements. Use Cookie choices to deny optional analytics storage and contact us about rights relating to information we handle. Affiliate relationships and their effect on placement are explained in How we earn.

Retention and security

We retain information only while reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute handling or security. Different service records can have different retention periods. Correspondence may be retained to document a correction or request, and aggregated reports may be kept longer. We do not promise that deleting a browser cookie removes an already aggregated report.

The public site uses encrypted connections and access to administrative accounts is restricted. No website or email system can promise perfect security. If you believe information has been exposed, contact us through the privacy channel below.

Adults and sensitive information

This publication is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has sent information to us, contact the publisher so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. We do not seek clinical records or use tool inputs to build health profiles.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, receive a copy of, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling. We accept requests from all US readers and consider requests from elsewhere. These choices do not change your access to the free publication.

Use the privacy address on our contact page and describe your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and locate a record, but do not send identity documents unless we arrange a suitable method. An authorized agent can request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorization. Because we do not run user accounts, we may be unable to connect anonymous visit records to you, and we will explain that limitation.

We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension. If we decline, we give a reason where required. You can appeal by replying with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. We will review the decision and explain the outcome. You may also contact the privacy regulator or attorney general responsible for your jurisdiction. We do not discriminate against readers for making a request.

International readers

The publication is operated for a US audience. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other places where they operate, and local protections can differ. If your local law provides additional rights, contact us so we can address your request under the law that applies.

Policy changes and contact

We update this notice when our practices materially change and show the current revision month above. A policy update does not remove rights that applicable law gives you. Privacy questions, access requests and concerns go to the privacy address on our contact page. That page also lists the correction and legal channels.
