Terms

Updated October 2026

The short version: Our match, lists and calculators help you narrow things down, but they give estimates, not answers, and nothing here is medical advice. Providers are separate companies with their own prices and rules. Use the site fairly, and any legal dispute goes to the courts in Delaware.

The effective month appears above.

Our match and tools give estimates

Everything interactive on Peptide Clarity Guide is a starting point for your own research:

  • The 30-second match sorts providers on our lists by the answers you tap. It's a quicker way to browse, not a finding that a provider or treatment suits you or is safe for you.
  • The biological age estimator turns lab values you enter into a rough figure using a published research formula. It isn't a diagnosis or a lab result, and it can be off, especially if a value is typed wrong or comes from a different kind of test.
  • The cost calculator works out a monthly figure from the numbers you give it. It isn't a quote or a promise of what anyone will charge.

Our picks, ratings and comparisons are our opinions, formed from what providers publish. Ask a clinician what any number means for you, and confirm every price with the provider before you pay.

This is reading, not medical care

Peptide Clarity Guide offers general information for educational purposes. It isn't medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and it can't stand in for a licensed clinician who knows your history. Reading here doesn't create a doctor-patient relationship with us or with anyone who writes for us. We don't examine anyone, prescribe anything or dispense medication. Don't skip or delay professional advice because of something on this site. Our health note says more.

If you might be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room now.

Providers run their own businesses

The providers we list are independent companies. We don't own, operate or speak for any of them. Each one sets its own prices, plans, eligibility, prescribing, shipping, cancellation and refund rules, and each is responsible for the care it gives. When you sign up with one, your agreement is with that provider, under its terms and privacy policy, and problems with an order, a prescription or a bill go to the provider. A pick or a high spot on a list doesn't mean we vouch for anyone's care or results.

Providers change their offers often, sometimes without notice, and we can make mistakes. We work to keep details current, but we don't promise that any price, plan or fact here is complete, current or free of errors. If you spot something wrong, our contact page says where to send it.

Peptide Clarity Guide is reader-supported. Some links are partner links: if you sign up through one, the company may pay us a fee, and you pay the same either way. Compensation can affect inclusion, order and highlighted placement. It does not change the factual criteria we apply. How we earn has the details.

The site also links to research papers, government pages and other outside sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say or do.

Who these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and Peptide Clarity Guide ("we", "us", "our"), the website at peptideclarityguide.com. By using any part of the site, you accept them, along with our privacy policy and the How we earn page, which are part of them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

You must be 18 or older to use Peptide Clarity Guide. It's written for people in the United States. If you read it from elsewhere, you're responsible for following your local laws. We may add, change or remove any part of the site at any time.

Playing fair with the site

You're welcome to read, share and link to anything here, and to quote a short passage with a link back to its page. Everything else on the site, including the text, lists, ratings, illustrations, tools, design, code and the Peptide Clarity Guide name, belongs to us or is used with permission. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, which we can revoke, to use the site for your own non-commercial purposes. Republishing whole pages, lists or ratings needs our written permission. Company, product and drug names are their owners' property; we use them only to say who's who.

Please don't:

  • copy, scrape or download the site's content or data in bulk, by hand or with bots or scripts, except for search and AI discovery services following our robots.txt rules and accurately citing the source;
  • use our content to build or train a competing product, database or dataset;
  • click provider links or submit anything automatically, or in any way meant to fake visits;
  • try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or its security;
  • frame or mirror the site, or suggest that we endorse you or your product; or
  • use the site for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.

If you send us a tip, correction or suggestion, you confirm you have the right to share it and you let us use it to improve the site without paying or naming you. If you think something here uses your copyrighted work, write to us at legal@peptideclarityguide.com.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules or harms the site or other readers.

No warranties. Peptide Clarity Guide is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available, secure or error-free. Some states don't allow every exclusion, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Limits on liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Peptide Clarity Guide and the people who run and write for it aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any provider you find through it, even if we were warned they were possible. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.

Your responsibility. If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms, misused the site or broke the law, you agree to defend us, cover our losses and hold us harmless, including reasonable legal fees. We'll tell you about the claim and may handle our own defense.

Delaware law and courts. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you and we both accept the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Mandatory consumer rights and venue protections that cannot lawfully be waived remain in force. There is no mandatory arbitration: disputes go to those courts.

No jury, no class actions. To the extent the law allows, you and we each give up the right to a jury trial for any dispute about these terms or the site, and any claim must be brought individually, not as part of a class, collective or representative action.

Changes. We may update these terms. The new version goes on this page and the month at the top changes. Updates apply once posted, but not to a dispute we already knew about. Using the site after an update means you accept it.

Everything else. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, that part is limited as little as possible and the rest stands. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, with the privacy policy and How we earn page, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and replace any earlier version. You can't transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours, for example if the site changes hands. They give no rights to anyone else. The sections that by their nature should survive, such as these legal bits, keep applying if your access ends. Headings are for easy reading only.
