The six rules
Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how Embody does. How picks work
1 · Clears it
A clinician sees you first
A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.
2 · Misses it
The price shows before you pay
Plan lengths and differing public offers do not establish the exact renewal amount and interval.
3 · Clears it
A licensed US pharmacy fills it
Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.
4 · Clears it
Care, not research chemicals
Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.
5 · Clears it
There's a clear way out
Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.
6 · Clears it
You can actually sign up
The signup is open, and it serves not published.

It's listed under Not yet on these goals, with the reason next to its name.
The short version
Embody is a platform connecting patients with medical services and pharmacy fulfillment. Its GLP-1 pages name OpenLoop Health as the clinical network and separately list pharmacy partners. This makes the organizations behind the service more visible, but it is not an external license check for a particular prescriber or dispensing site. The platform says the program bundles medication, clinical review and support without a separate membership charge. Ask what your selected bundle includes and what can generate another charge, especially testing, a change of treatment or a different pharmacy. Payment does not guarantee that a clinician will prescribe the requested medicine or approve a particular dose.
The homepage and individual GLP-1 product pages advertise different starting figures. Plans are described with four-, twelve-, twenty-four- and fifty-two-week lengths, while a dedicated product page calls its shortest offer a one-month supply. Those labels do not establish the exact recurring charge dates. A supply duration, a plan commitment and a calendar-month subscription are different facts. Until a written checkout schedule resolves the relationship, the prices here remain unquoted for monthly comparison. Do not infer a particular annual payment count from the word month or a four-week plan name. Request the full charge today, the supply covered, the next charge date and the renewal amount.
The GLP-1 FAQ promotes the same price across doses within a selected medication plan. That can be useful when comparing titration costs, but it does not guarantee continued clinical approval or a transfer at an existing dose. The product pages make the clinician responsible for final medication selection and dose changes. If switching from another service, provide the actual prescription history and ask whether new monitoring is needed. Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide is not an FDA-approved product. Approval and clinical results for an approved brand do not establish identical safety, effectiveness or quality for the preparation a partner pharmacy supplies.
The longevity catalog also needs a specific quote. Sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione appeared in the reviewed intake pathways, but the readable landing pages do not establish current renewal charges, commitments or all shipping conditions. Earlier intake figures should not become an unqualified monthly headline when those terms cannot be confirmed. NAD+ injection and nasal spray are different formulations, and a similar advertised price would not establish equivalent evidence or absorption. For sermorelin or glutathione, ask about the proposed route, monitoring and actual pharmacy label. The existence of a program is not evidence of improved sleep, skin, energy or healthy aging.
The refund policy is unusually restrictive in practical terms. Payments become final at purchase, including unused portions of multi-month bundles, incomplete intake and a decision not to accept treatment. The policy describes the bundle as a single indivisible purchase rather than separately refundable monthly shipments. Its stated exception is provider-initiated medical disqualification: unused value is returned after deducting services already rendered, which can include clinical review, consultation, prescriptions, medication and labs. That is not the same as a guaranteed full refund if no medicine is delivered. Ask which deductions can apply before paying for a long commitment.
To stop the next renewal, the policy requires a cancellation request at least 72 hours before the billing date, through the patient portal, email or phone. A later request can leave another non-refundable charge before cancellation takes effect. Damaged or incorrect medication has a stated replacement remedy, with immediate reporting and evidence for damage; that should not be described as a cash-refund guarantee. Current product copy also says access may vary by state, so confirm your own treatment’s availability rather than relying on an old state exclusion or assuming nationwide delivery. Keep the written schedule and confirmation of cancellation, and identify who handles urgent clinical questions between routine messages.
What it costs
Embody doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.
Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Semaglutide (injection), Tirzepatide (injection), Sermorelin (injection), NAD+ (injection), NAD+ (nasal spray), Glutathione (injection).
Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.
How it works
Review the actual plan
Confirm state access, full price, plan length and renewal dates before payment.
Complete clinical intake
The named clinical network reviews eligibility and decides whether a consultation or prescription is appropriate.
Confirm the pharmacy
Ask which listed facility will dispense the exact preparation and provide its label instructions.
Support and renewal
Use the care team for follow-up and request cancellation at least 72 hours before the billing date.
What we like
- The platform names OpenLoop Health and lists pharmacy partners.
- GLP-1 product pages describe clinical review and ongoing support.
- The FAQ advertises flat pricing across doses within a selected medication plan.
- The cancellation policy gives a specific 72-hour request deadline.
- The refund policy explains medical-disqualification deductions before enrollment.
Watch-outs
- Plan durations do not by themselves establish the recurring charge interval.
- Homepage starting figures differ from dedicated GLP-1 product offers.
- Unused portions of multi-month bundles are generally non-refundable.
- Medical-disqualification refunds deduct services already rendered.
- Current longevity renewal quotes and state access require confirmation.
Who it fits
You can verify the exact bundle and renewal schedule before paying and accept the stated refund restrictions.
Who might want another pick
You need a guaranteed prorated refund, a confirmed same-dose transfer or a clearly established recurring quote first.

Questions people ask
- What is Embody’s monthly cost?
- A reliable recurring monthly quote is not established by the reviewed plan names. Homepage and dedicated product starting figures differ, and a four-week supply does not alone prove four-week billing. Obtain the amount due today and the actual renewal dates before comparing.
- Is the program refunded if I change my mind?
- The policy generally makes payment final, including unused bundle periods and incomplete intake. Cancellation stops future billing rather than refunding the paid term. Provider-initiated medical disqualification has a separate unused-value calculation after service deductions.
- How do I cancel Embody?
- The policy allows a portal, email or phone request at least 72 hours before the next billing date. A request inside that window can leave another non-refundable charge before the cancellation takes effect.
- Can I keep my current GLP-1 dose?
- A clinician decides the medication and dose after reviewing your records. The advertised flat-price policy within a medication plan is not a guarantee that an outside prescription will be continued at the same dose.
- Which pharmacies does Embody identify?
- Product pages name Red Rock, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx with addresses. That is provider disclosure rather than an external license verification. Ask which facility will actually dispense your prescription and whether it can serve your state.
