The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how Brightmeds does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Clears it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Clears it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.

  6. 6 · Clears it

The short version

Here's the short version. Brightmeds is an online clinic that sells NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione injections, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and testosterone therapy for men. It made the cut on every goal list. A licensed clinician reviews you first, most prices are public, and the cancel terms are in writing.

The longevity shots are the easy part. NAD+ is $129 a month, and that one figure covers the medication, the clinical evaluation, follow-up, support and standard shipping. Sermorelin is $129 and glutathione is $99, both month to month with shipping included. There's no membership fee stacked on top. Each plan renews until you cancel.

The current GLP-1 offer describes a monthly auto-renewing subscription, with separate three-month packs paid in full. Its linked subscription policy expressly defines each billing period as one month from the start or renewal date. The outcome guarantee separately defines a month of medication supply as four weeks. Supply duration is not the charge interval: this comparison does not turn that guarantee wording into thirteen annual subscription charges. The quoted new-patient plan also depends on formulation, state and transfer status. The linked GLP-1 subscription policy requires cancellation at least five business days before the next scheduled renewal. A late request may apply to the following period, and medication already compounded, dispensed or shipped remains chargeable. An initial payment authorization can be captured after five days even if review is still pending; an ineligibility decision triggers release or refund. The promotional price lock applies only while the subscription stays continuously active. Ask whether the same deadlines apply to a longevity or testosterone order rather than assuming that a GLP-1 policy governs every treatment.

The seasonal GLP-1 page lists thirty-eight states plus Washington, D.C. Its fine print says the offer uses vitamin B6 as the additive, other additives can have different prices, and existing GLP-1 users or prescription transfers should contact support for a quote. That is narrower than the general terms, which describe service in forty-seven states excluding Alabama, Arkansas and Mississippi. Confirm the specific offer and medication where you live rather than relying on a general shipping claim.

The service coordinates outside medical care rather than providing it itself. The terms name M & D Integrations or TelegraMD and affiliated providers; a separate telehealth-consent section also names Vital and OpenLoop-related practices. These are legal-document disclosures, not confirmation that every named group handles every treatment. Ask which practice and clinician will treat you. The terms say several pharmacies fill orders according to product and state and can change, so request the actual dispensing pharmacy before the order is sent.

Refund language also needs product-specific attention. The terms promise a full refund if a clinician finds you ineligible, but fees are otherwise generally nonrefundable. They describe a nonrefundable initial laboratory fee if you choose not to proceed after testing. The current GLP-1 and longevity offers separately advertise no laboratory fee. Ask which clause applies to your chosen program and whether any completed consultation, test or pharmacy order remains chargeable after cancellation. The GLP-1 outcome guarantee is not an unconditional refund promise. It requires a starting BMI above thirty, monthly progress information, adherence, advance notice of a possible claim, coaching attendance and a limited claim window. Its page describes both a twenty-four-week period and an exclusion for stopping before one hundred eighty days, which are not the same duration. Obtain written clarification of the applicable deadline before relying on that guarantee. It does not cover NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione or testosterone.

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

How it works

  1. Online questionnaire

Pick a treatment and answer an eligibility questionnaire about your health.

  2. Clinician review

An affiliated clinician reviews the intake and decides whether prescribing is appropriate. Ask which medical practice handles your program and which laboratory tests are required.

  3. Partner pharmacy

A state-licensed partner pharmacy fills the prescription, chosen by product and your state.

  4. Delivery and messaging

Medication ships to your door, and you can message a doctor at no extra cost.

  5. Renewal

Month-to-month plans renew automatically until you cancel.

What we like

  • NAD+ has one month-to-month price that includes the evaluation, follow-up, support and shipping.
  • No membership fee: the plan price is the whole charge for NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione.
  • The new-patient GLP-1 offer says the price is flat across doses; transfers and different additives need a quote.
  • The catalog separates TRT injections, capsules and creams; confirm the exact price and laboratory terms.
  • Messaging a licensed doctor during treatment is included at no extra cost.

Watch-outs

  • Cancel GLP-1 subscriptions five business days before renewal; already compounded or dispensed medication stays chargeable.
  • The seasonal GLP-1 offer lists thirty-eight states plus D.C.; vitamin B6 formulation and new-patient conditions limit that quote.
  • Testosterone and microdose GLP-1 prices don't show until you're into the intake.
  • Several pharmacies fill orders by product and state. Ask support which one will fill yours.
  • The guarantee has conflicting duration wording plus BMI, reporting, coaching and claim-window conditions.

Who it fits

You want NAD+, sermorelin or glutathione at a flat price you can see before you sign up, with no membership. It also fits a man who wants testosterone therapy with the blood work and doctor visit folded in.

Who might want another pick

The general terms exclude Alabama, Arkansas and Mississippi. You may also prefer another service if you need a fully specified testosterone price before intake, an immediately named dispensing pharmacy, or a guarantee without conflicting duration language.

Questions people ask

How much does Brightmeds cost per month?
NAD+ is $129 a month, sermorelin is $129 and glutathione is $99, on their cited monthly offers. The current new-patient GLP-1 offer separates monthly renewal from three-month prepaid packs; confirm the selected formulation, state eligibility and transfer quote. Testosterone needs a specific intake quote.
Does a four-week GLP-1 supply mean four-week billing?
No. The current GLP-1 subscription policy explicitly defines the billing period as one month from the start or renewal date. The guarantee separately defines a month of supply as four weeks. Those are different concepts; the supply definition does not establish thirteen annual charges.
Which states does Brightmeds serve?
The general terms describe forty-seven states, excluding Alabama, Arkansas and Mississippi. The current seasonal GLP-1 offer lists thirty-eight states plus Washington, D.C. Confirm your exact product and offer because the narrower eligibility list applies to that quote.
Who prescribes, and which pharmacy fills the order?
The terms name M & D Integrations or TelegraMD and affiliated providers, while the telehealth-consent section also lists Vital and OpenLoop-related practices. Ask which practice treats you and which licensed pharmacy dispenses your medication; the terms say the pharmacy can vary by product and state.
Can I get a refund from Brightmeds?
The terms promise a full refund if a clinician finds you ineligible, but dispensed medication is generally nonrefundable. The GLP-1 subscription policy requires cancellation at least five business days before renewal and keeps already compounded or dispensed orders chargeable. General terms describe a laboratory deduction if you decline after testing, while specific offers advertise no lab fee. The separate outcome guarantee has additional conditions and inconsistent duration language.
