The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how AgelessRx does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Clears it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Clears it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

The short version

AgelessRx is a technology platform connecting patients with medical groups and pharmacies. Its terms distinguish that role from the clinicians who diagnose and prescribe. The catalog spans rapamycin, metformin, NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, topical copper peptide and selected GLP-1 programs. A broad menu can make service comparisons convenient, but it does not establish that combining products is appropriate or that a longevity claim is proven. Start with the exact treatment and formulation, then identify the clinician, dispensing pharmacy, required monitoring and full recurring charge. A brand access program, a compounded preparation and a prepaid introductory package have different costs and conditions even when their headline numbers look similar.

Rapamycin is listed at $65 a month, billed and shipped monthly, with baseline and ongoing blood work included on that product page. That specific inclusion should not become a promise about the entire catalog. The company promotes its own healthy-aging research, but a research program and customer survey do not establish an approved anti-aging indication or a personal benefit. Generic sirolimus and a compounded formulation also need separate discussion with the prescriber. FDA does not approve compounded drugs before marketing. Ask which formulation is actually proposed, which monitoring is included, and what happens if the clinician changes or stops treatment.

NAD+ nasal spray lists $125 on a monthly plan and the face cream lists $95. Neither quote describes the injection. The main-site NAD+ and sermorelin injection introductions attach to a three-month commitment. The glutathione injection page instead shows a starting rate for its three-month option without establishing the former renewal quote. Confirm the full payment and later charge for the selected plan. A different NAD+ campaign prices particular vial sizes on a four-week interval, so its price cannot simply replace the main-site offer. The NAD+ patch page sells kits and describes a quarterly package. None of these service or price differences establishes that one route improves energy or slows aging more than another.

The GLP-1 menu also needs product-specific reading. The microdose tirzepatide page describes an introductory month followed by a two-month charge, while the microdose semaglutide offer uses a prepaid four-month starting rate. Those are distinct from a full-dose compounded prescription and from brand Wegovy or Zepbound access. The brand programs charge an AgelessRx membership separately from the medication, whose price and fulfillment are controlled through the named pharmacy or manufacturer pathway. Women’s hormone care likewise adds one membership to selected medicines; do not add that membership repeatedly when several medicines are prescribed together. Request the total and the later renewal amount for the exact combination.

Clinical access starts with medical history and clinician review. The FAQ says video visits can be required by the state or requested by the provider, and members can request one without an additional visit charge. This does not promise a particular appointment length or response deadline. Laboratory requirements depend on treatment and history: rapamycin includes its stated monitoring, while other products may require existing results or new testing. The company describes licensed pharmacy partners, but a general statement is not a license check for the particular facility dispensing your order. Ask for that pharmacy’s identity and verify it with its regulator before payment, especially if the prescription or formulation changes.

Cancellation stops future treatment orders; it should not be treated as a money-back promise. The subscription terms set a deadline of at least 48 hours before the monthly processing date and describe cancellation through the secure account by messaging the care team. The FAQ says a refund is not guaranteed after an order reaches the pharmacy, and medication cannot be returned for a refund once it has left. Check the separate conditions for prepaid packages before committing. State availability and shipping restrictions can vary by treatment, so a general US service description is not confirmation that a cold-shipped prescription is available to you. Keep the actual renewal date and written order confirmation.

How it works

  1. Choose a treatment

Pick from the treatment menu and a plan length, then start a short online medical intake.

  2. Provider review

Complete the medical history. A clinician reviews it and may require a video visit or additional testing.

  3. The pharmacy fills it

If prescribed, confirm the exact dispensing pharmacy, formulation and full charge before fulfillment.

  4. Delivery and follow-ups

Confirm state access, shipping conditions and follow-up arrangements for the chosen treatment.

What we like

  • Rapamycin’s cited monthly offer includes baseline and ongoing blood work.
  • NAD+ has several forms, with distinct prices and commitments to compare.
  • The FAQ allows members to request a video visit without an extra visit charge.
  • The peptides page separates currently offered treatments from its future-interest list.
  • Terms distinguish the platform from the prescribing medical groups and dispensing pharmacies.

Watch-outs

  • An introductory injection quote can require a three-month payment up front.
  • Microdose GLP-1s and brand access programs have different fees and commitments.
  • Glutathione nasal spray labels its headline as first-month pricing; renewal needs confirmation.
  • Testing requirements and state access depend on the particular treatment and patient.
  • Cancel at least 48 hours before processing; pharmacy-stage orders may not be refundable.

Who it fits

You want rapamycin with labs built in, or several longevity prescriptions like NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione from one clinic. You're comfortable reading plan terms and picking the plan length that suits you.

Who might want another pick

You need a single confirmed renewal quote, a specified live appointment or a clear required-testing total before completing intake.

Questions people ask

How much does AgelessRx cost each month?
The exact formulation and plan matter. The cited rapamycin offer is $65 monthly with monitoring included. NAD+ nasal spray lists $125 monthly; injection and patch offers have different commitments. Brand access and hormone programs add membership to medication costs. Request both today’s total and the later renewal charge.
Does AgelessRx include labs?
The rapamycin page includes baseline and ongoing blood work. It is inaccurate to call all other treatment testing optional: the FAQ describes treatment-specific requirements, including recent and ongoing blood work for atorvastatin. Ask what your clinician requires, which results can be reused and what additional testing costs.
Do I need a video visit with AgelessRx?
A state requirement or the clinician’s judgment may make a video consultation necessary. The FAQ also lets members request one without an extra visit charge. Confirm the available appointment and follow-up arrangement rather than assuming every order is handled the same way.
Does AgelessRx sell BPC-157 or other research peptides?
The cited peptides page places BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, KPV and the Wolverine combination on a future-interest list. Their appearance there is not an offer for sale or evidence of authorization. The active treatment section separately lists sermorelin, PT-141 and GHK-Cu formulations.
Can I cancel AgelessRx at any time?
The terms allow subscription cancellation at least 48 hours before the applicable processing date through a secure-account message to the care team. The FAQ does not guarantee refunds after a pharmacy receives an order and rules out medication returns after departure. Prepaid packages need their own refund review.
