The six rules
Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how bmiMD does. How picks work
1 · Clears it
A clinician sees you first
A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.
2 · Misses it
The price shows before you pay
Terms define monthly renewals as every twenty-eight to thirty days. A precise selected charge interval is needed.
3 · Clears it
A licensed US pharmacy fills it
Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.
4 · Clears it
Care, not research chemicals
Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.
5 · Clears it
There's a clear way out
Terms reject email-only cancellation while refund instructions allow it. Use the portal and obtain confirmation.
6 · Clears it

The short version
bmiMD offers telehealth access to weight-management and longevity products, including several sermorelin routes and glutathione injections. The platform terms identify Medccm and distinguish its services from the outside clinicians and dispensing pharmacies. A product listing is not a prescription decision, and it does not establish that a preparation improves energy, sleep or skin appearance. Access depends on medical suitability, treatment and the state where the patient is located. The current terms do not support a blanket promise that every product is available in every state or that every consultation follows the same format.
The product pages show one-month and longer-plan choices, often beside struck-out regular prices. That visual detail is useful, but it does not resolve the payment calendar. Section nine of the terms defines a monthly plan as renewing every twenty-eight to thirty days, rather than one clearly specified calendar-month interval. The sermorelin injection page also pairs a one-month option with language about quarterly billing and monthly shipment. Until the selected agreement resolves that ambiguity, the normalized comparison prices here are withheld. Ask for each charge amount, the exact renewal dates, total prepaid commitment and medication supply, rather than inferring the charge interval from a month label.
The reviewed sermorelin pages distinguish injection, nasal spray and sublingual tablet plans. Glutathione has its own plan choices. These are separate preparations with different prices and evidence questions; the existence of an oral or nasal option does not establish the same absorption, outcomes or safety as an injection. A longer-plan monthly equivalent also differs from an amount payable one month at a time. Do not assume that a higher crossed-out price is the current charge or that a broad introductory headline establishes the later renewal amount. The selected written agreement should identify medication, prescribed quantity and all required services before you commit.
Checkout uses a temporary authorization hold, with collection after clinician approval under the terms. If treatment is not approved, the hold is released; bank processing can still take time. This is different from a cash refund after payment has settled. Care can involve asynchronous review, a live consultation, additional information, laboratory work or an in-person referral when needed. An automatic video visit and universally included laboratory testing should not be promised. Patient documents identify the pharmacy. The terms allow a patient to request another pharmacy, but the platform plan does not pay that outside pharmacy’s bill; changing fulfillment can create a separate cost.
Cancellation depends on the order stage. Submitting the intake and then canceling before clinician review can incur a nonrefundable intake-processing fee. Once review begins, the initial order cannot be canceled under the stated terms. For renewal, an authorization may be placed roughly five days in advance, and the terms require cancellation at least forty-eight hours before that authorization date. The refund policy describes a seven-day-before-renewal cutoff, which is consistent with an early processing window but should still be confirmed against the actual schedule. The terms require the portal or help-center process and reject email, text or phone alone, while the refund policy permits email. Use a confirmed portal cancellation and resolve that discrepancy before relying on another channel.
Prepaid plans are generally nonrefundable for voluntary cancellation once the initial order reaches the pharmacy, but that is not the entire policy. A documented clinician-directed medical cancellation can qualify the unshipped portion for account credit or a refund after completed shipments are deducted. An unavailable or restricted treatment may instead lead to an alternative or account credit. Report damaged, incorrect or missing items within forty-eight hours, with the requested documentation; replacement depends on verification. These exceptions matter more than a blanket no-refunds sentence. Ask who actually dispenses the order, how to report a problem and which amounts remain payable after cancellation.

Questions people ask
- Why is bmiMD not given a normalized monthly comparison price?
- The terms define monthly renewal as every twenty-eight to thirty days, and the sermorelin injection page also uses quarterly-billing language. Obtain the exact selected charge interval and total before making a calendar-month comparison.
- Is checkout payment immediately collected?
- The terms describe an authorization hold followed by collection after approval. A declined prescription leads to hold release, whose timing depends on the bank. A released hold is different from a refund of a settled payment.
- Is email enough to cancel bmiMD?
- The policies disagree. General terms reject email-only cancellation, while refund instructions allow email. Use the portal or confirmed help-center process and retain acknowledgment before the applicable early authorization cutoff.
- Are all unused prepaid months nonrefundable?
- Voluntary cancellation is generally nonrefundable after the first pharmacy submission. Documented medical cancellation has a separate unshipped-portion refund or credit exception, with completed shipments deducted. Unavailable treatment may have different credit or alternative-treatment rules.
- Can I choose another pharmacy?
- The terms allow that request, but the bmiMD plan does not cover the outside pharmacy’s fill. Confirm the actual dispensing site, its authorization for your address and any separate payment before transferring a prescription.
