The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how BioGlow Health does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Misses it

The price shows before you pay

The shop gives approximate monthly supplies, but those labels do not establish recurring payment dates or complete refill terms.

  3. 3 · Clears it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Terms describe licensed 503A pharmacies without identifying the actual facility for the selected order.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves all 50 states.

The short version

BioGlow Health presents a telehealth shop covering compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, PT-141 and hormone programs. Its current about page identifies founders Tyler Sudman and Ivan Rosillo and describes their business roles. Those founder biographies are different from identifying the practitioner who will treat a patient. The reviewed service pages describe physician-led assessment but do not establish the actual clinician or dispensing pharmacy for an order. Ask for those identities and verify authorization for your physical location. A public founder profile, nationwide marketing statement or medical consultation does not by itself verify a preparation’s quality or eligibility for compounding.

The rendered shop has dose and quantity selectors for its injectable GLP-1 products. Prices increase across its listed quantities, so the lowest offer should not be presented as covering every later prescription. It also offers three-month bundles without establishing the complete selected dose schedule. The quantities labeled per month are not automatically the amount in each weekly injection; follow the actual prescription rather than inferring administration from the shop selector. Most product cards describe approximately one month of supply. That is useful purchase information, but it does not establish calendar-month renewal, automatic refills or the full recurring payment agreement. Normalized comparison prices therefore remain unquoted.

NAD+, glutathione and PT-141 appear in both injection and nasal formats, with separate purchase prices. The shop repeats some injection-oriented promotional descriptions on nasal listings, making route-specific clarification especially useful. These formats should not be treated as equivalent in absorption, effectiveness or safety. A cellular role for NAD+ or glutathione does not prove that taking an offered preparation improves energy, cognition, skin appearance or longevity. Likewise, a compounded PT-141 nasal preparation is not the same product as an FDA-approved injection with a specific indication. Ask the clinician what human evidence applies to the exact route, formulation and reason treatment is being considered.

The weight-care page describes an online assessment, uploaded laboratory results, a video consultation and monthly follow-ups. The peptide service describes an initial panel and repeat testing every eight to twelve weeks. Its consultation is promoted as free, but the reviewed disclosures do not establish that all outside testing is included in every product payment. Confirm who orders the tests, what results are acceptable, the cost of any required additional panel and how abnormal findings are managed. A schedule of monitoring is a service commitment, rather than evidence that every listed wellness claim is established or that treatment is suitable for everyone who completes the assessment.

The TRT service describes symptoms assessed together with laboratory confirmation of low testosterone, a video consultation and follow-up testing at six and twelve weeks and then every three to six months. It promotes included laboratory monitoring and supplies. Confirm which specific tests, visits and medication quantity are included in the selected payment. The site also offers enclomiphene as an alternative approach, but it is not an FDA-approved standalone medicine. Evidence about testosterone or sperm concentration should not become a guarantee of fertility or pregnancy. The FDA advisory committee’s vote is also different from a final regulation; any compounded preparation must satisfy the applicable conditions rather than relying on a broad claim that pharmacies may make it without qualification.

The terms say prescriptions require a licensed provider’s telehealth consultation and describe fulfillment by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Their eligibility section limits care to states where the provider is authorized, qualifying the footer’s all-state claim. They allow cancellation of an order when the physician finds medication unsuitable and describe processing refunds for unfulfilled or canceled orders within five to ten business days. Dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned. Those statements do not establish a universal last-minute refill cancellation deadline or an unconditional guarantee that every fee is refunded. Obtain the selected payment and cancellation agreement before purchase and retain confirmation of the order stage when requesting a refund.

What it costs

BioGlow Health doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.

Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Semaglutide (injection), Tirzepatide (injection), NAD+ (injection), NAD+ (nasal spray), Sermorelin (injection), Glutathione (injection), Glutathione (nasal spray), PT-141 (bremelanotide) (injection), PT-141 (bremelanotide) (nasal spray), Enclomiphene (capsule).

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

How it works

  1. Confirm the selected purchase

Check the actual quantity, any bundle contents and the complete refill agreement.

  2. Clinical assessment

The service describes intake and testing, with video consultations for weight and hormone care.

  3. Verify dispensing

Confirm the actual licensed pharmacy and preparation before relying on a general fulfillment description.

  4. Arrange follow-up

Confirm monitoring inclusions, laboratory costs and the cancellation deadline for the chosen order.

What we like

  • Rendered GLP-1 selectors display quantity-specific purchase prices.
  • The weight-care service describes video assessment and monthly follow-up.
  • Peptide and hormone services describe repeat laboratory monitoring.
  • The current about page identifies the founders and their business roles.
  • Terms describe refunds for unfulfilled or canceled orders.

Watch-outs

  • Approximate supply labels do not establish recurring charge dates.
  • The lowest GLP-1 purchase price does not cover every quantity.
  • Outside laboratory costs and complete bundle contents need confirmation.
  • The actual practitioner and dispensing pharmacy need verification.
  • Promotional route and wellness claims exceed what a menu listing establishes.

Who it fits

You want to inspect purchase options before intake and will clarify recurring costs, required testing, the assigned clinician and pharmacy.

Who might want another pick

You need a complete recurring quote with all testing costs settled before assessment or established benefits for the listed longevity formats.

Questions people ask

Does a month’s supply establish monthly renewal?
No. Most shop cards use approximate monthly supply labels, while GLP-1 selectors identify quantities and bundles. The selected payment agreement must establish automatic refills, charge dates, included services and the later total.
Do GLP-1 prices stay the same as quantity increases?
No. The rendered selectors show higher prices for larger quantities. A three-month bundle also needs its exact contents confirmed. A monthly quantity on the shop page should not be read as a self-administration instruction.
Are all laboratory costs included?
The TRT service promotes included monitoring. Weight care asks for uploaded results, and the peptide service describes initial and repeat panels without settling all outside laboratory costs. Confirm the actual panel, payment responsibility and follow-up arrangement.
What can be refunded?
Terms describe refunds for unfulfilled or canceled orders within five to ten business days and exclude returns after medication is dispensed. Ask how this applies to the actual order stage and any other fees; the terms do not establish one universal refill cutoff.
Is enclomiphene an FDA-approved fertility treatment?
No. It is not an FDA-approved standalone medicine, and maintaining sperm concentration in selected trials does not establish a pregnancy benefit. A compounded preparation must meet applicable requirements; an advisory vote alone does not settle every patient’s legal or clinical circumstances.
