The call: Not yetIsn't a pick yet

The TRT testing offer and laboratory costs leave the full medication renewal unclear.

The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how MangoRx does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Misses it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Clears it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves 46 states.

The short version

MangoRx is the consumer brand of Mangoceuticals, a platform connecting patients with contracted medical groups and pharmacy fulfillment. The terms identify Epiq Scripts as a pharmacy partner and distinguish MangoRx from a healthcare provider. The current public products include a testosterone assessment offer and Slim, a compounded semaglutide tablet with vitamin B6. Public descriptions of the partner pharmacy’s accreditations and nationwide licensing remain company representations rather than verification of the actual facility’s authorization for a patient’s address. Ask for the clinical practice, assigned practitioner, actual dispensing site and exact preparation before treating the platform description as confirmation of individual care.

The TRT page’s headline can be read too broadly. It shows a monthly starting figure, an included lab panel and consultation, but the expanded product FAQ describes that payment as a testing kit. Its listed inclusions are a comprehensive hormone panel, a one-to-one video consultation and personalized recommendations. It says treatment options are discussed if the person qualifies. That does not establish the complete ongoing testosterone medication charge, refill quantity or future monitoring cost. The page promises a full refund if the patient does not qualify, but the precise qualifying offer and any later treatment agreement should be confirmed before purchase.

The general FAQ describes a different laboratory scope: provider visits are included but blood tests for testosterone-support protocols are not. It accepts recent qualifying outside results, a LabCorp test or an approved home kit and specifies a panel within the previous thirty days. The TRT landing page separately describes an included LabCorp or Quest panel. These statements should be reconciled for the selected product rather than merged into a claim that every blood test is always included. Follow-up timing also varies across the disclosures. Ask which baseline and repeat tests apply, whether the clinician orders them, the additional cost and when a clinical follow-up is required.

Slim is described as a mint-flavored dissolving semaglutide tablet with vitamin B6, with a current product page stating monthly billing and included provider consultation, support and shipping. It is a compounded preparation rather than an FDA-approved oral semaglutide product. The tablet’s absorption and outcomes should not be assumed equivalent to approved pills or injections simply because the active ingredient has the same name. The site’s claims that adding vitamin B6 produces fewer side effects also need evidence for the actual formulation and population. A personalized consultation does not establish that the offered combination reproduces branded-drug trial results or reliably prevents nausea.

The general FAQ says optional auto-refills process every twenty-five days, while product pages describe monthly billing. Processing an order early does not by itself prove that the patient is charged every twenty-five days; equally, the complete agreement should establish the actual charge date and renewal price. Terms require cancellation at least forty-eight hours before renewal, qualifying broad pause-or-cancel-anytime marketing. Obtain the selected schedule and keep the acknowledgment. Current NAD+ and sermorelin availability and recurring prices also need direct confirmation rather than relying on earlier catalog records. Normalized comparison figures remain unquoted until the selected medication, costs and charge arrangements are established.

The FAQ describes payment capture at purchase and a refund to the original card if the provider declines treatment. It generally makes fulfilled orders final and excludes prescription returns. Terms provide a damaged or defective replacement process and identify pharmacy-directed charges for some prescription transfers, while other wording appears to waive pharmacy choice; clarify the actual transfer process before relying on the FAQ’s choice statement. The current terms also contain a broad exclusion of controlled-substance prescribing that needs reconciliation with the testosterone listing. State and treatment restrictions remain individual questions. Review timing and free ground shipping are service estimates, rather than guaranteed immediate prescribing or arrival after checkout.

What it costs

MangoRx doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.

Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Semaglutide (dissolving tablet), NAD+ (injection), Sermorelin (injection), Testosterone (TRT) (injection).

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

How it works

  1. Identify the actual offer

Distinguish an assessment kit from ongoing prescription medication.

  2. Confirm laboratory scope

Check required panels, outside-result acceptance and included or separate testing costs.

  3. Clinical assessment

A contracted practitioner reviews suitability and the actual treatment agreement.

  4. Manage fulfillment

Verify the pharmacy, charge schedule and cancellation deadline before authorizing refills.

What we like

  • The expanded TRT FAQ specifies the assessment offer’s components.
  • The general FAQ describes card refunds after clinical refusal.
  • Recent qualifying outside laboratory results can be submitted.
  • The terms identify a pharmacy partner rather than only a generic network.
  • Slim’s page identifies its compounded dissolving-tablet formulation.

Watch-outs

  • The TRT testing offer does not establish the later medication charge.
  • Product-specific and general laboratory inclusions differ.
  • Twenty-five-day processing is not proof of twenty-five-day billing.
  • Terms impose a forty-eight-hour advance renewal cancellation requirement.
  • Pharmacy-choice and controlled-substance terms need product-specific clarification.

Who it fits

You want to compare a defined testing consultation or compounded tablet and will resolve the complete treatment, laboratory and renewal agreement first.

Who might want another pick

You need a verified all-inclusive medication price, one consistent laboratory policy or an approved oral semaglutide formulation.

Questions people ask

Is the TRT headline the ongoing medication price?
The expanded FAQ describes a testing kit with a hormone panel, video consultation and recommendations, with treatment options discussed if the person qualifies. Confirm the separate ongoing medication, monitoring and refill charge.
Are testosterone laboratories included?
The TRT landing page describes an included panel, while the general FAQ says testosterone-support labs are separate and accepts qualifying recent outside results. Confirm which offer applies and which repeat tests are included.
Does MangoRx charge every twenty-five days?
The general FAQ describes auto-refill processing every twenty-five days, while product pages state monthly billing. Processing and charging are different events; obtain the actual payment schedule rather than assuming either interval from shipment wording.
When must I cancel and what is refundable?
Terms require at least forty-eight-hour advance notice before renewal. The FAQ promises a refund of captured payment after clinical refusal but generally makes fulfilled orders final. Damaged or defective items have a separate replacement process.
Is Slim equivalent to approved semaglutide pills?
No equivalence is established by the listing. Slim is a compounded dissolving tablet with vitamin B6, rather than an FDA-approved oral product. Its formulation, absorption, outcomes and added-ingredient side-effect claims require their own evidence.
