The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how MEDVi does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Misses it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Clears it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves all 50 states.

The short version

MEDVi offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections and a dissolving semaglutide tablet. The program describes clinician review, medication, shipping and support as bundled, and advertises no membership add-on for compounded plans. Current readable product material does not settle the selected first payment and ongoing charge. The comparison therefore keeps those amounts unpriced. A claim that cost stays the same as dose increases does not establish the amount, interval or full selected commitment.

The current product page contains unresolved price fields, leaving the first-payment and refill amounts unconfirmed. Ask for the exact medication, first charge, renewal total, billing period and cancellation deadline in writing; an advertised price-lock promise alone does not establish your quote. Brand-drug programs require a separate medication quote in addition to any service fee. The terms restrict availability to supported states; an intake selector is not proof of prescription eligibility.

The intake and payment come before the prescribing decision. Public material identifies OpenLoop-associated care and affiliated professional practices, but that does not verify the individual assigned clinician or their current state license. The pharmacy list names Triad Rx, Red Rock and Beaker with facility addresses. Ask which exact facility will fill your prescription and whether the selected formulation and destination state are supported. A partner list is not a guarantee that every order uses the same pharmacy or has identical preparation details.

FDA sent MEDVi a warning letter concerning representations about compounded GLP-1 products, including labeling images and same-active-ingredient claims. The linked letter identifies the cited conduct and its date; it is not a product approval, a court finding or proof of the current content of every page. Read it alongside the current offer. A compounded injection or dissolving tablet should not be treated as interchangeable with an FDA-approved brand merely because a marketing page compares the ingredients.

Cancellation and refunds need special attention. Support must receive ordinary cancellation at least seventy-two hours before the next bill; a late request can take effect the following cycle. The refund policy promises clinical-disqualification refunds and an initial seventy-two-hour refund only when no service has been provided. It also discusses refunds for unshipped prepaid months, but later repeats a broader no-refund statement except medical disqualification. The terms separately call completed consultations nonrefundable. Obtain written clarification before relying on an early-cancellation or prepaid refund. Damaged or incorrect medication has a separate prompt-reporting and possible replacement process.

What it costs

MEDVi doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.

Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Semaglutide (injection), Tirzepatide (injection), Semaglutide (dissolving tablet), Semaglutide (tablet).

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

How it works

  1. Online intake

Share your height, weight and health history, and pick shots or tablets.

  2. Pay at checkout

Obtain the selected first payment, recurring charge and interval before authorizing payment; current public numerical fields are unresolved.

  3. Clinician review

An OpenLoop Health clinician meets with you after checkout and decides whether to prescribe.

  4. Pharmacy ships it

One of three named partner pharmacies prepares the medication and ships it to your door.

  5. Monthly refills

Confirm the renewal amount and interval on your written agreement. Use portal chat for care and billing questions.

What we like

  • The program describes medication, clinician review and shipping as bundled on compounded plans.
  • The company advertises one medication price across dose increases; the selected recurring amount still needs confirmation.
  • The program page names three partner pharmacies with addresses and phone numbers.
  • A daily dissolving semaglutide tablet is offered alongside weekly shots.
  • A clinician disqualification for a medical reason comes with a full refund.

Watch-outs

  • FDA sent MEDVi a warning letter about how its site described its compounded GLP-1s. The letter is linked below.
  • The public product page contains unresolved numerical compounded-plan price fields.
  • You pay at checkout before a clinician decides whether to prescribe.
  • Brand Wegovy and Zepbound show a membership price plus medication cost, with no drug price.
  • Clinical availability and conflicting early/prepaid refund statements require written clarification.

Who it fits

You want to compare MEDVi’s injection and tablet programs and are prepared to clarify current charges, assigned care and refund exceptions before payment.

Who might want another pick

You'd rather use a provider with no FDA letter on record, want a clear all-in brand-drug price, or want to talk to a clinician before you pay.

FDA warning letter on record

The FDA sent a warning letter to MEDVi, the company on this page.

It's here because it's public record and you'd want to know before signing up. In a warning letter the FDA spells out problems it found. No court decided it, and the company may have replied or made changes since. It doesn't move MEDVi in or out of a list. Read it and make your own call.

Questions people ask

How much does MEDVi cost per month?
The current product page does not display a reliably readable numerical compounded-plan quote. Request a written first-payment and renewal quote, including the billing interval, before paying. The program describes physician review and shipping as included.
Does MEDVi have an FDA warning letter?
Yes. FDA sent MEDVi a warning letter about how its website described its compounded GLP-1s. The letter box on this page links to the full text on FDA's site.
Does the MEDVi price go up with my dose?
The company advertises the same medication price across dose increases. That does not settle the current amount, complete charge or billing schedule; request the selected written agreement.
Can I get a refund from MEDVi?
The policy promises medical-disqualification refunds and an initial seventy-two-hour refund only if no service was received. Completed consultations are described as nonrefundable in the terms. Unshipped-prepaid-month wording conflicts with a broader final no-refund sentence, so clarify the exact exception in writing.
