The six rules
Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how TrimRx does. How picks work
1 · Clears it
A clinician sees you first
A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.
2 · Misses it
The price shows before you pay
Terms now publish follow-up package amounts, but starting offers differ and the exact selected recurring schedule needs confirmation.
3 · Clears it
A licensed US pharmacy fills it
Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.
4 · Clears it
Care, not research chemicals
Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.
5 · Clears it
There's a clear way out
Terms use pharmacy transmission; shipping policy uses approval and processing. Prepaid refunds require a separate timely request.
6 · Clears it
You can actually sign up
The signup is open, and it serves all 50 states.

The short version
TrimRx operates a technology and administrative platform connecting patients with outside licensed medical groups and pharmacies. Its current terms separate the compounded-medication program from a prescription-only service for approved brands, with the clinician deciding suitability. The homepage labels its main offers GLP-1 and GLP-1 plus GIP; a class label does not identify the exact active ingredient and preparation. Terms specifically name compounded tirzepatide for one package but retain broader GLP-1 wording for another. Obtain the actual drug, concentration, route, approved versus compounded status and dispensing facility rather than making those assumptions from a shopping category.
The pricing issue is more specific than an absence of public renewal information. Current terms publish both initial and follow-up package figures, including medication if prescribed, consultation access, shipping and support within the stated scope. Their initial amounts differ from the homepage’s lower starting offers. The follow-up figures also do not by themselves establish the exact selected charge dates, supply or longer-plan payment structure. A promised dose-flat price is a company policy to confirm in the actual agreement. Normalized recurring comparisons remain unquoted until the selected total and interval are clear, rather than treating an introductory or starting figure as the complete later bill.
Brand fulfillment wording also needs reconciliation. The current terms say approved branded medication can be available on a limited basis through a participating pharmacy, subject to clinical approval and inventory, with costs the consumer’s responsibility. The general footer instead says TrimRx does not sell, dispense or ship branded drugs and a prescription is filled elsewhere at the patient’s cost. Terms also list branded packages. Ask whether the selected payment is for clinical access alone or includes a particular medicine, where it will be dispensed and which additional costs apply. Neither a logo nor a brand name on a package list guarantees access or insurance coverage.
Assessment starts online and is promoted as free. A clinician reviews medical information and may arrange a consultation when needed; state rules and clinical questions can affect the process. The shipping policy estimates most deliveries four to seven business days after approval, including pharmacy preparation and carrier transit. It separately promises the ability to request a refund if medication has not shipped within fourteen days of ordering, regardless of medical-review status. This is different from next-day delivery after a quiz or a guaranteed treatment decision. Public nationwide service language still does not replace checking the specific clinician, prescription and pharmacy eligibility for the patient’s physical location.
Cancellation generally depends on the order stage. Terms say a request received before prescription transmission to the pharmacy stops that order; after transmission, it continues through fulfillment and cancellation applies to future unfilled orders. The shipping policy instead describes approval and pharmacy processing or shipment as the cutoff, so ask which stage applies before assuming an unshipped prescription can still be reversed. Prepaid-plan cancellation does not automatically create a refund: a separate request for the unused portion attributable to future unfilled orders must be made within twenty-eight days of payment. Exceptions elsewhere in the policy and applicable law remain distinct from an ordinary late cancellation.
The current terms promise a full refund after medical disqualification or a company processing billing error. They generally exclude supplement refunds once paid and describe automatic billing for selected subscriptions under the chosen plan. Lost or damaged medication is investigated with the carrier and pharmacy, potentially leading to replacement rather than a guaranteed cash refund. Keep the selected agreement, order status and cancellation confirmation. Finally, the homepage’s results counters, testimonials and weight-loss projection are not a prediction of an individual’s outcome or controlled proof for the proposed compounded formulation. Its own disclosure distinguishes internal experiences from public clinical studies; brand-drug evidence does not establish equivalence for every offered preparation.
What it costs
TrimRx doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.
Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Tirzepatide (injection).
Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

What we like
- Current terms publish initial and follow-up package figures.
- Medical disqualification and processing billing errors have refund provisions.
- The shipping policy gives a fourteen-day unshipped-order refund pathway.
- The terms distinguish stopping future orders from refunding a prepaid balance.
- Clinical decisions are separated from the shopping assessment.
Watch-outs
- Homepage starting figures differ from the terms’ initial packages.
- A follow-up package price does not establish every payment date and supply.
- Brand fulfillment descriptions differ across terms and footer.
- Cancellation cutoffs differ in wording by policy.
- Internal outcome counters do not establish an individual treatment result.
Who it fits
You want to compare the selected GLP-1 program and can obtain an unambiguous medication, complete payment agreement and order-stage refund policy before purchase.
Who might want another pick
You need matching public offer figures, a guaranteed delivery date or a complete brand-medication fulfillment arrangement without further clarification.

Questions people ask
- Are follow-up prices only behind signup?
- No. Current public terms list follow-up package figures. Their initial prices differ from the homepage starting offers, and the exact selected supply and recurring payment schedule still require confirmation.
- Can I cancel before shipment and get a refund?
- Not necessarily. Terms use pharmacy transmission as the cutoff, while the shipping policy refers to approval and pharmacy processing or shipment. Confirm the order stage. Prepaid unused-plan refunds require a separate timely request, rather than cancellation alone.
- What if medication has not shipped?
- The shipping policy permits requesting a refund if medication has not shipped within fourteen days of ordering, regardless of medical-review status. This is separate from ordinary cancellation of an approved order already in pharmacy fulfillment.
- Does TrimRx provide branded medicine?
- Terms describe limited participating-pharmacy fulfillment and branded packages, while the footer says branded prescriptions are filled elsewhere at the patient’s cost. Confirm what the actual payment includes and where the medicine will be dispensed.
- Are refunds available after medical refusal?
- Current terms promise a full refund for medical disqualification and company processing billing errors. Other cases have their own conditions, including separate unused-prepaid requests and review of damaged or lost shipments.
