The six rules

A clinician sees you first
A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

The price shows before you pay
You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.
3 · Clears it
A licensed US pharmacy fills it
Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.
4 · Clears it
Care, not research chemicals
Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.
5 · Clears it
There's a clear way out
Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.
6 · Clears it
You can actually sign up
The signup is open, and it serves 46 states.

The short version
HumeCare+ is operated by Hume Health Care, a technology and administrative platform that separates its work from prescribing and pharmacy fulfillment. The current terms say independently licensed clinicians make treatment decisions and the patient separately accepts clinical-network agreements. The homepage promotes GLP-1 care alongside an app and an included device offer. Those features may help organize information and access, but they do not establish a particular medication’s effectiveness, guaranteed weight loss or the precise treatment a clinician will recommend. Confirm the proposed medicine, formulation, practitioner, pharmacy and complete service agreement before paying.
The homepage shows a starting introductory figure for a three-month plan and describes a welcome credit. It does not by itself establish the previously quoted standing renewal ladder or every longer-plan price. The terms allow monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual memberships, with the actual prepaid total and promotional terms disclosed at checkout. Normalized prices remain unquoted until the selected agreement confirms the initial total, renewal amount, billing dates and medication. A lower monthly equivalent for a multi-month term is different from a freely cancelable month-to-month payment. Shipping monthly also does not prove the plan charges monthly or permits a refund of unused prepaid months.
The membership can include platform and app access, selected devices, consultation fees and prescribed medication through partner pharmacies, but the terms expressly allow additional charges for particular medications, doses, formulations or fulfillment choices with consent. This qualifies any blanket claim that every dose costs the same or every possible expense is included. The program is self-pay, and the terms prohibit seeking insurance reimbursement for compounded medication. Device inclusion also depends on the selected plan or promotion. Obtain an itemized confirmation of what is included, what can change at renewal and the charges triggered if the clinician recommends a different preparation.
The scale and app need proportionate expectations. The terms explicitly classify device body-composition and wellness information as non-diagnostic context, shared with clinicians only through a separate consent process. Estimated fat and lean-mass changes should not be treated as direct, precise muscle measurements or as proof that a treatment preserves muscle better than another provider’s program. The homepage’s internal member outcomes and testimonials are not a randomized comparison of the offered combined protocol. Its claims about added ingredients preventing muscle loss or reducing side effects similarly require evidence for the actual formulation and population, rather than inference from an ingredient’s familiar biological role.
Clinical identity requires clarification. One part of the current terms points to MDI Medical Group and its agreements and provider directory; the telehealth consent separately names Junction and Openloop-related medical entities. Those disclosures do not establish that every patient is treated by one exclusive group. Ask which legal medical practice and clinician will provide your care and review their agreement and license. The homepage currently excludes Louisiana and Mississippi, while terms defer current availability to the app and clinician coverage. Confirm your location and treatment rather than applying the older four-state exclusion or a fixed national count. Telehealth may still lead to additional questions or in-person assessment.
Cancellation stops a future renewal when submitted before its date through account subscription settings or support. A prepaid cancellation generally keeps access through the paid term without a prorated refund. If the initial evaluation finds the patient ineligible for every treatment, the terms promise an automatic membership refund within ten business days and allow an included device to be kept or returned without reducing that refund. A separate provision refunds the unused prepaid portion if Hume terminates without cause. The homepage also promotes outcome guarantees that the general terms do not explain. Obtain the specific written guarantee conditions before relying on them; neither eligibility-refund language nor a promotional promise makes every approved order refundable.

What it costs
HumeCare+ doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.
Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Semaglutide (injection), Tirzepatide (injection).
Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.
How it works
Confirm the selected plan
Review the complete prepaid total, any added costs and the actual renewal dates.
Identify the clinical practice
Resolve the medical-group assignment and review the practitioner’s credentials and agreement.
Clinical evaluation
The clinician determines eligibility, additional assessment and any prescription.
Use informational tracking
Treat device estimates as context; manage follow-up and cancellation through the selected agreement.
What we like
- Terms identify the platform operator and separate medical decision-making.
- Initial complete treatment ineligibility has an automatic refund provision.
- An included device does not reduce that ineligibility refund.
- Terms explain prepaid cancellation and renewal timing.
- Device information is expressly described as non-diagnostic.
Watch-outs
- An introductory homepage price does not establish the later charge.
- Selected medications or fulfillment options can have additional fees.
- Prepaid cancellation generally does not produce a partial refund.
- Clinical-network names differ across sections of the same terms.
- Homepage guarantee conditions require a separate written explanation.
Who it fits
You want app-based organization and device estimates and will clarify the clinical provider, selected medication and full payment agreement before enrollment.
Who might want another pick
You need a confirmed short-term recurring quote, precise diagnostic body-composition testing or an unconditional outcome-refund promise.

Questions people ask
- Does the homepage starting price establish the renewal cost?
- No. It is introductory marketing for a selected term. Terms defer the actual total, interval and promotional conditions to checkout and allow additional medication or fulfillment charges with consent.
- Can I receive a refund for unused prepaid months?
- Ordinary cancellation retains access through the paid term without a prorated refund. Initial ineligibility for all treatment and termination by Hume without cause have separate refund provisions.
- What happens if the first clinician finds me ineligible?
- If the initial evaluation finds you ineligible for any treatment, terms promise the membership fee back within ten business days. An included device may be kept or returned at company expense without reducing that refund.
- Is MDI the only clinical group disclosed?
- No. Terms point to MDI agreements and a directory, while the telehealth consent separately names Junction and Openloop-related entities. Confirm the actual treating practice and clinician before the encounter.
- Does the device precisely measure muscle loss?
- The terms classify body-composition and wellness information as non-diagnostic context. Device estimates do not establish precise muscle changes or prove that the combined program preserves more muscle than another treatment.
