The six rules
Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how Fridays does. How picks work
1 · Clears it
A clinician sees you first
A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.
2 · Misses it
The price shows before you pay
TRT medication is separately billed. GLP-1 promotional and plan figures need a written selected renewal total.
3 · Clears it
A licensed US pharmacy fills it
The terms name partner pharmacies; confirm the actual dispensing facility for your treatment and address.
4 · Clears it
Care, not research chemicals
Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.
5 · Clears it
There's a clear way out
Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.
6 · Clears it
You can actually sign up
The signup is open, and it serves all 50 states.

The short version
Fridays brings weight-management care, NAD+, sermorelin and hormone programs into one platform. Its pricing page describes provider visits, nutrition and mental-health coaching, dietitian support and other membership services. Those are service features, rather than proof that every listed preparation improves energy, sleep or longevity. Clinical services are provided through OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and other networks, with prescribing decisions left to the clinician. The initial website assessment does not itself create a clinician relationship or guarantee a prescription. Check that your selected treatment and clinical service are available for your state.
The GLP-1 pricing page contains several promotional, annual-plan and month-to-month figures, including sections that do not present the same headline amounts. A crossed-out regular price or a first-order code should not become an assumed ongoing charge. The comparison figures here are withheld until the selected agreement supplies a clear payment total and renewal schedule. Brand-name programs also differ: some display a medication-inclusive plan, while other cards advertise membership with medication excluded. Ask which prescription, supply, service fee, shipping and laboratory work are included, and distinguish the amount charged today from any monthly equivalent on a prepaid plan.
Longevity pricing is more clearly labeled by commitment. The selected NAD+ injection and nasal offers and sermorelin injection are presented as quarterly plans, with a monthly-equivalent figure of $179 for the NAD+ injection. This should not be read as a commitment-free monthly subscription. Oral liposomal NAD+ has a separate, higher quarterly-plan offer, so the injection figure should not be applied to every route. The product page makes broad wellness claims; it does not establish comparable clinical benefits across oral, nasal and injectable preparations. Its separate peptides page currently invites waitlist enrollment rather than establishing immediate access to every advertised protocol.
Hormone programs require a different cost calculation. The testosterone page advertises a starting program fee and an included biomarker assessment through Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, but the terms expressly exclude TRT medication from the plan fee and bill medication separately after approval. A complete TRT comparison therefore needs both components. The page describes initial labs before the consultation and follow-up timing that the clinician may change. It should not be read as a promise that every future test or outside visit is covered. Enclomiphene is a separate product; there is no FDA-approved standalone enclomiphene medicine, and a hormone-level response does not guarantee symptom improvement or fertility outcomes.
Forever Pricing protects the enrolled product rate while the subscription remains continuously active, subject to the detailed terms. Patient-requested changes to product, formulation, dose, frequency or plan term can forfeit the lock. Provider-directed changes for safety, intolerance or lack of response have specified protections, including certain product and plan changes. A missed payment alone does not terminate the subscription or automatically forfeit the lock: ordinary collection obligations continue. Cancellation ends the lock, and later enrollment uses the then-current rate. Losing medical eligibility also ends the locked arrangement, even though the terms allow cancellation without penalty in that circumstance.
For ordinary cancellation, the terms require at least seventy-two hours before the next billing date; a late request can leave another cycle payable. Medical disqualification before services begin has a full-cycle refund exception. After services begin, refunds are narrower, and dispensed or shipped medication is generally not returnable. Report incorrect or damaged medication within twenty-four hours under the stated replacement process. The terms identify Red Rock, HealthWarehouse, Precision and Triad pharmacy locations, but that list does not identify every individual order or verify authorization for your address. Obtain the actual dispensing details and cancellation acknowledgment, rather than relying on a network logo or a cancel-anytime headline.

Questions people ask
- Is Fridays TRT medication included in the headline fee?
- The terms say no: TRT medication is separately billed after clinician approval. Obtain the program fee, medication price and any other required costs together before comparing plans.
- Does every NAD+ route have the same price?
- No. The injection and nasal offers are distinct from the higher-priced oral liposomal offer. The selected longevity figures are monthly equivalents on quarterly plans, rather than commitment-free monthly subscriptions.
- Does a missed payment end Forever Pricing?
- Not by itself under the detailed terms. Cancellation and certain patient-requested changes end the lock. Specified provider-directed changes preserve it. Normal payment collection continues after a missed payment.
- Can I cancel and get a refund?
- Request cancellation at least seventy-two hours before billing. Medical disqualification before services begin has a full-cycle refund exception. After services begin, refund rights are narrower; dispensed or shipped medication generally is not refundable.
- Does Fridays prove microdose GLP-1 wellness benefits?
- No. Its microdosing page acknowledges that the specific compounded formulations have not been studied for the promoted outcomes. Marketing, coaching availability and testimonials do not establish a clinical longevity benefit.
