The six rules
Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how Nova does. How picks work
1 · Clears it
A clinician sees you first
A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.
2 · Misses it
The price shows before you pay
Membership, per-order medication charges and prescribing-decline fees need one written agreement.
3 · Clears it
A licensed US pharmacy fills it
Nova describes licensed 503A fulfillment; its pharmacy-partner page recruits suppliers without naming the assigned dispenser.
4 · Clears it
Care, not research chemicals
Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.
5 · Clears it
There's a clear way out
Terms require two days before renewal processing; clinical-review refund wording differs from pricing promises.
6 · Clears it

The short version
Nova serves Texas and Florida through an online care platform with a separate monthly care membership and prescribed medication charges. The pricing page describes medication billed with each order, while membership renews monthly. Its homepage and pricing page use different semaglutide examples, and product menus show starting figures rather than a binding individual invoice. A complete quote should identify the prescribed form, quantity, membership, medication, supplies, shipping, taxes and later charge dates. A medication refill and a membership renewal are separate events; neither a supply duration nor an approximate monthly headline establishes both schedules.
The longevity menu includes NAD+ injections, nasal spray and troches, sermorelin injections and rapid-dissolve tablets, and glutathione injections. Those choices describe routes of administration, not equivalent evidence, absorption or outcomes. The energy menu presents different starting and later NAD+ figures, and the general pricing page separately describes pharmacy-cost shipping and supplies. Obtain the exact selected invoice rather than assuming every headline includes the same services. Broad energy, strength or recovery promises do not demonstrate that a particular compounded formulation improves those outcomes.
The most consequential financial question is what happens after a clinician declines to prescribe. Pricing says patients are charged only if prescribed and pay nothing otherwise. The refund policy instead says membership and consultation fees generally become nonrefundable once clinical review is completed, including a decision not to prescribe. It separately allows a requested full refund for certain eligibility or identity failures before clinical review, subject to a thirty-day request window. Obtain written confirmation of which fees can be retained in your situation before providing payment details. A free assessment is not proof that a completed clinical review is free.
Terms require cancellation at least two days before the renewal processing date, through the account or email. That cutoff is tied to processing, which may differ from a displayed renewal date. Membership ordinarily remains active through the paid period without a prorated refund. Medication cancellation is separate: the refund policy permits a full medication-cost refund when a written cancellation arrives before compounding begins, but generally excludes medication already compounded or shipped. It also describes specific remedies for pharmacy errors, damaged deliveries and paid future medication stopped by the provider. These exceptions should not be replaced with a blanket no-refunds statement.
Nova names a medical director and nurse practitioner on its homepage and describes licensed clinicians making prescribing decisions. These are company disclosures, not confirmation of your assigned clinician or a separate credential inspection. The public pharmacy-partner page is a supplier recruitment page, not a named dispenser list. Its licensing, inspection and turnaround requirements do not prove which pharmacy fills a patient’s order or guarantee delivery in that time. Ask for the prescriber’s name and state license, the exact dispensing facility and its license, and the follow-up arrangement. Online review may suit some patients; the terms allow circumstances requiring in-person care, and approval is not guaranteed.
What it costs
Nova doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.
Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Semaglutide (injection), Semaglutide (sublingual), Tirzepatide (injection), Tirzepatide microdose (sublingual), NAD+ (injection), NAD+ (nasal spray), NAD+ (sublingual), Glutathione (injection), Sermorelin (injection), Sermorelin (tablet), PT-141 (bremelanotide) (injection).
Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.
How it works
Confirm the invoice
Request membership, medication, quantities, charge dates and clinical-decline fees in writing before submitting payment details.
Clinician review
Complete the online assessment. Nova advertises review in one to two days; eligibility, visit requirements and prescribing depend on the clinician.
Confirm the pharmacy
Ask for the exact dispensing facility and its license. The public recruitment page does not establish your assignment.
Manage separate renewals
Track medication orders and membership separately. Cancel membership at least two days before renewal processing and ask whether pharmacy work has begun.
What we like
- Pricing distinguishes recurring care membership from medication orders.
- NAD+ is listed as an injection, nasal spray and troche.
- The refund policy describes pharmacy-error and damaged-delivery remedies.
- A written cancellation before compounding can qualify for a medication-cost refund.
- Company pages identify clinical leaders and restrict the service to Texas and Florida.
Watch-outs
- Pricing says no charge without prescribing; the refund policy permits retained clinical-review fees.
- Cancel at least two days before renewal processing, not simply before the nominal renewal date.
- Starting offers do not establish the complete selected invoice or refill schedule.
- The pharmacy-partner page does not identify your actual dispensing facility.
- Membership cancellation generally does not create a prorated refund.
Who it fits
You live in Texas or Florida, prefer online clinician review and will confirm the selected medication, membership and refund agreement before paying.
Who might want another pick
You need care outside Texas and Florida, a guaranteed live consultation, a named dispenser before contacting support or an unambiguous no-prescription-no-fee promise.
Three more to compare
- In
NAD+ as a nasal spray, face cream, patch or shot, each with its own plan.
- In
NAD+ as an injection, oral drops or a nasal spray, all at one 4-week price.
- Not yet
Starting offers and differing GLP-1 pages leave selected renewal charges unconfirmed.
Questions people ask
- What does Nova charge?
- The care membership renews monthly and medication is billed by order. Public starting figures and examples differ. Obtain the selected form, quantity, complete initial invoice, later charges, shipping and any taxes before comparing prices.
- Do I pay if the provider declines to prescribe?
- Pricing says no, but the refund policy permits retained membership or consultation fees after completed clinical review, including a prescribing decline. Before review, certain eligibility failures can qualify for a full refund requested within thirty days of the charge. Resolve that difference in writing.
- How do I cancel Nova?
- Terms require account or email cancellation at least two days before renewal processing. Membership normally continues through the paid period without proration. Medication cancellation and pharmacy processing have separate refund conditions.
- What if medication arrives damaged or incorrect?
- The refund policy offers replacement or medication-cost refund for pharmacy errors and damage reported within seven days of delivery. A shipment missing fourteen days after shipment notification requires carrier confirmation; the stated remedy for confirmed loss is replacement.
- Which pharmacy and clinician will I use?
- Nova describes licensed clinicians and 503A pharmacy fulfillment, but its public pharmacy recruitment page does not name the assigned dispenser. Ask for the exact clinician and facility names and licenses. Availability is limited to Texas and Florida, with clinical eligibility assessed individually.
