The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how Bodybuilding Health+ does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Misses it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Misses it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Its FAQ names four pharmacies, Strive Pharmacy among them, but not which Strive site fills orders. Each site has its own state license.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

The terms say consult fees aren't refundable and prescription sales are final. Bundles bill up front.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves all 50 states.

The short version

Here's the short version. Bodybuilding Health+ sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, NAD+, sermorelin and a few other peptides online, with no membership fee. It is not a pick yet. The dispensing location is unconfirmed, and current pricing needs a product-specific quote.

That gap is smaller than it sounds. The FAQ lists four partner pharmacies by name, each with a phone number: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx. Plenty of sellers share less. The catch is Strive. It runs pharmacies in several states, each under its own state license, and the FAQ doesn't say which Strive site fills your order. Until that's named, the licensed-pharmacy rule stays open. If you sign up, ask which pharmacy and which location will ship your prescription.

Current price pages need a written reconciliation. The NAD+ and sermorelin pages label their entry offers as first-month amounts, while supply selectors and separate product cards show differing totals or reference prices. The semaglutide program selector also differs from its one-month product card. A longer prepaid monthly equivalent is not a cancellable monthly bill, and a struck amount is not a verified future renewal. This page withholds normalized standing prices until the selected product, first payment, later payment, supply duration and charge interval are confirmed together.

Care runs through Lion MD, a medical group whose two lead physicians are named on the FAQ. The intake takes a few minutes, a licensed provider reviews it, and nothing is final until they approve. Multi-month bundles bill the whole amount up front. Consult fees aren't refundable, and the terms call every prescription sale final, so start with one month if you're unsure.

The platform is not the treating medical practice or the dispensing pharmacy. Its terms separate those roles and include arbitration and class-action limits. Names, NPI listings and a pharmacy-registration badge are disclosures, not a complete verification of the individual clinician, assigned facility or product quality. The current pages’ energy, recovery and hormone claims do not establish benefit from the exact preparation. A sermorelin dissolving tablet is not established as clinically equivalent to an injection. Request the prescribed formulation and rationale rather than choosing a route solely by price.

What it costs

Bodybuilding Health+ doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.

Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Tirzepatide (injection), NAD+ (injection), Sermorelin (injection), PT-141 (bremelanotide) (injection), Sermorelin (dissolving tablet).

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

How it works

  1. Pick a product and supply

    Choose a GLP-1, NAD+ or sermorelin, then a 1-, 3-, 6- or 12-month supply on the plan picker.

  2. Short online intake

Answer the health questions online. The site says it takes two to three minutes.

  3. Provider review

A licensed provider from Lion MD reviews your answers. Nothing is final until they approve a plan.

  4. A partner pharmacy ships it

One of the four named pharmacies fills the prescription and ships it to your door in plain packaging.

  5. Ongoing check-ins

The care team stays reachable for questions and check-ins while your plan runs.

What we like

  • Its FAQ names all four partner pharmacies, each with a phone number you can call before you order.
  • No membership fee sits on top of the plan price, and the site promises no hidden fees.
  • It names its medical group, Lion MD, and the two physicians who lead it.
  • Sermorelin comes as an injection or a needle-free dissolving tablet, each with its own monthly price.
  • Supply selectors show total upfront amounts for longer plans; confirm the exact selected contract.

Watch-outs

  • Semaglutide shows three different one-month figures across its own pages. Ask which one you'll pay in month two.
  • Tirzepatide's price sits next to a struck, higher figure, so confirm the second month's charge first.
  • First-month offers and supply selectors do not establish an ongoing one-month charge.
  • Consult fees aren't refundable, and the terms say all prescription sales are final.
  • The NAD+ nasal spray has no printed price, and GHK-Cu, glutathione and PT-141 show only a starting figure.

Who it fits

You want NAD+ or sermorelin, as a shot or a tablet, on a plan with no membership on top. You're fine calling the pharmacy to ask where your order ships from.

Who might want another pick

You want a seller that names the exact pharmacy behind your order, or one semaglutide price that matches on every page. An In pick covers both.

Questions people ask

How much does Bodybuilding Health+ cost?
Current normalized renewal amounts are withheld. NAD+ and sermorelin pages label starting offers as first-month prices, and the semaglutide selector differs from its separate product card. Get the selected form, full first charge, next charge, supply and billing interval in writing.
Why isn't Bodybuilding Health+ a pick yet?
Its FAQ names four pharmacies. One of them, Strive Pharmacy, runs several sites under separate state licenses, and the FAQ doesn't say which one fills your order. A named location would permit a facility check; it would not by itself resolve pricing or other care questions.
Can I get a refund from Bodybuilding Health+?
Consult fees aren't refundable. The terms also say prescription products can't be returned and all sales are final. Ask for the actual refund calculation and order-cancellation cutoff before paying.
Is there a needle-free option?
Yes, for sermorelin. It comes as a dissolving tablet at not published for one month. NAD+ is also listed as a nasal spray, but that price isn't printed.
Are its compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, NAD+ and sermorelin aren't FDA-approved, and the seller's own pages say so.
