The six rules
Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how WePeptideRx does. How picks work
1 · Clears it
A clinician sees you first
A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.
2 · Misses it
The price shows before you pay
Dose-selector and overview figures differ, and supply labels do not establish every renewal charge. Obtain the selected agreement.
3 · Clears it
A licensed US pharmacy fills it
Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.
4 · Clears it
Care, not research chemicals
Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.
5 · Clears it
There's a clear way out
Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.
6 · Clears it
You can actually sign up
The signup is open, and it serves 48 states.

The short version
WePeptideRx offers a broad telehealth menu with compounded GLP-1s, brand-access products, NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and hormone programs. Its terms identify PureRx Biotech as the platform operator and leave medical decisions to licensed providers. The provider disclosure describes a third-party telemedicine network and identifies a medical director, but it does not name the entire contracted network or the actual pharmacy for each order. These are service disclosures, rather than verification of an individual clinician’s license or a batch’s quality. Confirm who will assess you and who will dispense the selected preparation before relying on the overall platform description.
The current semaglutide page has a material pricing conflict. Its rendered dose selector labels lower figures as regular pricing after the first order, while the overview on that same page describes higher amounts. The selector also increases prices across dose choices, contradicting the how-it-works page’s blanket statement that price stays the same at every dose. A higher crossed-out number should therefore not automatically be treated as the later renewal price. The normalized comparison figures are withheld until the selected agreement resolves the actual payment and recurring schedule. Thirty- or ninety-day supply descriptions do not by themselves establish the charge interval.
The pricing catalog also lists longevity preparations and brand-name programs with different supplies, route choices and starting offers. An injectable product, nasal spray, capsule and oral tablet should each be compared on its own formulation and evidence. Including a consultation and shipping does not make a compounded preparation equivalent to an approved branded medicine. The same caution applies to promotional recovery, skin and energy claims: a menu listing and patient experience do not establish a controlled clinical outcome. Check the selected quantity and later refill arrangement instead of applying one introductory or struck figure to every route.
The how-it-works and refund pages describe checkout before the clinical assessment, with the consultation included rather than separately charged. The service promises a secure video consultation within about a day, but that remains a company service commitment rather than guaranteed prescribing. If the provider declines an item, the refund policy promises the full item amount back to the original card, usually processed within five business days after the decision, with additional bank timing possible. This is different from instant repayment or store credit. The semaglutide selector also offers optional review of existing laboratory results for an extra fee, so confirm any chosen add-on in the final total.
The state page advertises forty-eight states, excluding Alabama and Mississippi, and separately warns that particular treatments can be restricted even in an otherwise active state. That should not become a guarantee that every prescription and formulation is available everywhere on its map. Hormone programs can require recent results or follow-up laboratory review, while telehealth limitations can lead to an in-person referral. The platform says a patient learns the treating provider’s identity and licensing information during the consultation process. Confirm the actual authorization for your physical location and the pharmacy’s ability to dispense the preparation for your address.
For cancellation, the refund policy directs patients to support before the next billing cycle to pause or stop future charges. It does not establish a universal last-minute cutoff in hours. Medication that has been dispensed and shipped is generally not returnable or refundable. Damaged, incorrect or quality-related concerns should be reported within forty-eight hours; the policy describes coordinating with the pharmacy, potentially including replacement. An unrecovered shipment lost in transit has a separate replacement promise. Keep the selected payment agreement, order stage and cancellation acknowledgment. A full refund after clinical refusal should not be expanded into a right to return every approved and shipped prescription.

How it works
Confirm the selected agreement
Resolve the dose-selector and overview price difference before paying.
Checkout and clinical review
Payment reserves the included consultation; the provider decides whether prescribing is appropriate.
Identify fulfillment
Confirm the actual pharmacy, prescribed formulation, supply and any optional testing-review fee.
Manage future orders
Contact support before the applicable billing cycle and retain cancellation acknowledgment.
What we like
- The consultation is included in the selected treatment price.
- The policy promises a card refund for a clinically declined item.
- The state page identifies exclusions and product-specific limits.
- The provider disclosure distinguishes the platform from pharmacy fulfillment.
- The refund page gives a damaged-order reporting window.
Watch-outs
- Rendered dose selectors and product overviews show different amounts.
- Dose-based prices conflict with blanket flat-price language.
- A supply duration does not establish every renewal schedule.
- Payment precedes the clinician’s prescribing decision.
- The full clinical network and order-specific pharmacy need confirmation.
Who it fits
You want to compare several treatment formats and will obtain an exact selected payment, refill schedule and dispensing arrangement before enrollment.
Who might want another pick
You require an unambiguous current recurring price before intake or a guarantee that every dose and formulation costs the same.
Three more to compare
- Not yet
Approximate month-supply prices do not establish automatic refill charges or dates.
- Not yet
Starting offers and differing GLP-1 pages leave selected renewal charges unconfirmed.
- In
NAD+ as a nasal spray, face cream, patch or shot, each with its own plan.
Questions people ask
- Is the crossed-out price always the later renewal price?
- No. The current semaglutide selector describes lower amounts as regular pricing after the first order, while the overview gives higher amounts. Obtain the selected payment and refill agreement rather than assuming a struck number is what you will later pay.
- Does every dose cost the same?
- The dose selector shows different amounts, despite blanket flat-price wording elsewhere. The prescribed dose and actual selected total need confirmation. Comparison prices are withheld while that inconsistency remains.
- What happens if a provider declines an item?
- The refund policy promises the full item amount back to the original card, normally processed within five business days after the decision. The bank may take longer to display it. It is not a guarantee of an immediate refund.
- Can I cancel a shipped prescription?
- The policy generally excludes refunds for dispensed and shipped medication. Future subscriptions can be paused or canceled through support before the next cycle. Damaged or incorrect orders have a separate forty-eight-hour reporting process.
- Does service in a state cover every treatment?
- No. The forty-eight-state map excludes Alabama and Mississippi and also warns about treatment-specific restrictions within active states. Confirm the selected prescription and your physical location.
