The six rules
Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how Eden does. How picks work
1 · Clears it
A clinician sees you first
A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.
2 · Misses it
The price shows before you pay
GLP-1 no-membership marketing differs from recurring-membership terms. Obtain the selected plan’s written total.
3 · Clears it
A licensed US pharmacy fills it
Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.
4 · Clears it
Care, not research chemicals
Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.
5 · Clears it
There's a clear way out
Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.

The short version
Eden connects patients with outside licensed providers and pharmacy fulfillment for GLP-1 medicines and a wider catalog including NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and GHK-Cu foam. The products differ in route, indication and evidence. A convenient account and messaging service do not establish that a longevity preparation improves energy, sleep or long-term health. The first task is to identify the exact prescription and complete financial arrangement. The current public pages do not support a blanket claim that every GLP-1 order has no membership or that every longevity headline is the full ongoing cost.
The longevity product pages explicitly require an Eden Membership in addition to medication. Terms describe a lower initial membership fee followed by a higher recurring monthly fee, with the amounts disclosed at checkout. The selected NAD+ cream compares at $183 monthly with the standard membership included, and GHK-Cu foam at $167 on the same basis. These are starting product offers combined with a known mandatory fee, not a guarantee that every strength or plan costs the same. An introductory membership amount should not be substituted for the standard fee when comparing ongoing costs.
Other longevity pages lead with first-month medication prices. The homepage exposes additional vial and plan figures, but those labels should not be combined into an assumed universal renewal quote or into an unconfirmed all-in price. NAD+ injection, nasal spray, sermorelin and glutathione each need their own amount, quantity and charge schedule. The same caution applies to GLP-1s: product marketing has described no-membership offers, while the general terms describe a recurring membership model. GLP-1 comparison prices are withheld until the selected agreement resolves that difference. Ask for the total today and every later medication and membership charge separately.
Eden announced its acquisition of Contigo Compounding, now presented as Eden Pharmacy. That is a company disclosure of ownership, not proof that every prescription is filled there or that the facility is authorized to serve every address. Current service language also allows network pharmacies and a patient-specified pharmacy. Older lists of four partners should not be repeated as a current exhaustive partner list without a matching disclosure. Request the actual dispensing name and location, confirm its authorization for your address, and direct formulation, storage and shipping questions to the pharmacist. A company’s testing claims do not establish that an individual order has been independently tested.
The membership terms require confirmed cancellation at least forty-eight hours before renewal, through the account or support. Membership remains available through the paid period, and partial periods are generally not refunded. An initial evaluation resulting in no prescription has a separate initial-membership refund promise; verified billing errors are another exception. The treatment-availability policy describes a prorated refund of unshipped medication when fulfillment becomes unavailable. Terms distinguish that medication component from membership fees, so a broad claim that every unused plan balance is refundable would be misleading. Keep the written cancellation acknowledgment and the actual order status.
The cited FDA warning letter addresses misleading compounder identity and the nonexistent description of FDA-licensed compounding facilities. FDA registration is not approval or licensure of a pharmacy or its compounded medicines. The letter should not be treated as a finding that every Eden product is defective, nor as an endorsement of the current service. Eden’s weight-loss guarantee also requires careful reading: promotional material and detailed terms use different thresholds, and the terms limit eligible forms, compliance requirements and refundable components. It is a conditional financial program, not a promise that an individual will achieve a particular weight change or receive every dollar back.

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.
How it works
Identify the product
Distinguish the exact medication and route from the broader care-platform menu.
Clinical assessment
A licensed provider determines suitability; intake and membership do not guarantee a prescription.
Confirm the complete quote
Obtain separate initial and renewal medication charges, membership fees and the charge schedule.
Pharmacy fulfillment
Confirm the actual dispensing location and its instructions rather than assuming one network pharmacy.
Manage the account
Confirm membership cancellation at least forty-eight hours before renewal and retain the acknowledgment.
What we like
- Longevity pages disclose that membership is separate from medication.
- Terms spell out the initial and standard membership stages.
- Topical product offers permit a comparison including the known membership fee.
- The refund policy explains the unshipped-treatment exception.
- The service distinguishes clinician prescribing from pharmacy fulfillment.
Watch-outs
- GLP-1 marketing and membership terms need a plan-specific reconciliation.
- First-month medication figures are not established all-in renewal amounts.
- Membership fees have narrower refund rights than unavailable medication.
- A pharmacy acquisition does not identify every order’s dispensing facility.
- Weight-loss guarantee marketing and detailed terms use different thresholds.
Who it fits
You can obtain a written plan specifying membership, medication, supply and renewal charges and want to compare several formulations under one account.
Who might want another pick
You need a confirmed no-membership GLP-1 total or an established ongoing all-in quote for injectable longevity products before intake.
Three more to compare
- In
NAD+ as an injection, oral drops or a nasal spray, all at one 4-week price.
- In
NAD+ as a nasal spray, face cream, patch or shot, each with its own plan.
- Not yet
Prescribing-decline fees and medication and membership charges need clarification.

Questions people ask
- Does every Eden GLP-1 plan have no membership?
- Public no-membership marketing differs from the general recurring-membership terms. Ask for the selected agreement before relying on an all-in figure. GLP-1 comparison prices are withheld until the applicable fees and renewal schedule are clear.
- What do the topical prices include?
- The selected NAD+ cream and GHK-Cu foam figures here include the standard recurring membership added to the starting medication offer. The initial membership promotion is separate. Confirm the selected preparation and actual checkout total.
- Does Eden fill every prescription at its own pharmacy?
- Its acquisition announcement identifies Contigo Compounding, now Eden Pharmacy, but current service language also refers to network fulfillment and a patient-specified pharmacy. Confirm the actual dispensing site and its authorization for your address.
- Can I cancel or obtain a refund?
- Membership cancellation must be confirmed at least forty-eight hours before renewal. Partial periods are generally not refunded. No prescription after initial evaluation, verified billing errors and unavailable unshipped medication have distinct exceptions; membership and medication components are treated differently.
- Does the FDA letter cover every Eden product?
- The cited letter concerns misleading claims and labeling for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. It does not establish FDA approval or a quality finding for every longevity preparation. Read its scope separately from the current product and financial terms.
