The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how Science & Co does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Misses it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Clears it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves all 50 states.

The short version

Science & Co advertises compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus NAD+ and sermorelin. Its FAQ says there is no separate monthly membership, while product pages include supplies, shipping and ongoing monitoring. Those are useful disclosures, but a headline monthly equivalent is different from the amount that leaves your account. Request the selected plan total and the next processing date together before agreeing to a subscription. The GLP-1 pages lead with a twelve-month offer. Each also shows a crossed-out figure without establishing that figure as the current standalone monthly invoice. The NAD+ and sermorelin pages likewise advertise annual-plan starting rates. Earlier plan selections are not a substitute for a current confirmation: establish the upfront payment, covered term, renewal price and whether continuation is automatic. A current written quote is needed to compare the complete recurring cost.

The terms say subscriptions charge at the recurring interval disclosed during checkout. They do not establish a universal thirty-day interval for every product. Free monthly shipping describes fulfillment, not necessarily the timing of a charge or the amount of medication supplied. A longer prepaid purchase also needs its own refund and continuation terms; do not assume that the FAQ’s pause option creates a right to a prorated refund of an already purchased term. Cancellation has a practical deadline. The FAQ and shipping policy say to use the account or support email at least seventy-two hours before the next processing date. That date appears in the account and may differ from delivery. Cancellation stops future orders. The shipping policy describes final sales after a charge and carrier handoff, then excludes already dispensed orders. Product FAQs also exclude already prescribed orders. Ask which earlier stage applies to your selected purchase rather than treating shipment as a guaranteed refund window.

Science and Co operates the administrative technology platform. Its terms distinguish that company from separately operated clinical entities and dispensing pharmacies. The FAQ describes a questionnaire, state-licensed prescriber review and ongoing messaging, with the same provider staying involved. These are company descriptions, not an separately operated credential check or a guarantee about your assigned professional. Ask who reviews your history, whether a live visit or laboratory testing is needed and how urgent concerns are escalated. The product pages say US compounding pharmacies prepare the medicine and that testing documentation can be requested. That is not separately operated confirmation of a particular pharmacy’s license, inspection history or the contents of your prescription. Obtain the dispensing pharmacy’s legal name and contact details, check its authorization for your state and follow its preparation-specific label. An ingredient certificate does not by itself establish final-product sterility or clinical equivalence to an approved medicine.

For shipment problems, the published policy describes replacement and carrier tracing. It does not promise an unconditional cash refund for every lost or damaged package. Orders leave after clinical consultation and prescription issuance, so free delivery should not be read as immediate dispatch after payment. Keep tracking and packaging details, and contact the pharmacy about temperature-sensitive medicine rather than relying on an intact cold pack as proof of stability. Branded GLP-1 pathways require a separate understanding of the service fee and the medication purchased through the manufacturer’s pharmacy. Ask for both current amounts and the exact formulation; a compounded-plan quote does not cover branded treatment. The longevity catalog also illustrates glutathione with a coming-soon action despite an in-stock label. Do not treat that mixed display, or a hormone navigation link, as proof that the product is presently orderable.

The FAQ advertises service in all fifty states and DC. That is a company availability statement, not proof that every preparation is available to every resident. The clinical team must confirm the specific prescription and applicable state requirements. The service is cash-pay and says it does not submit insurance claims. HSA/FSA eligibility depends on the expense and administrator; accepting a payment card does not guarantee tax treatment or reimbursement. Finally, outcome illustrations and testimonials are not evidence that a particular compounded preparation produces the same results as a branded trial drug. NAD+ and sermorelin listings do not establish improvements in energy, recovery or sleep. A patient-specific prescription alone does not satisfy every compounding condition. Discuss the clinical rationale and approved alternatives with the prescriber, separately operatedly of the subscription’s commercial appeal.

What it costs

Science & Co doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.

Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Semaglutide (injection), Tirzepatide (injection), NAD+ (nasal spray), NAD+ (injection), Sermorelin (injection), Semaglutide (tablet), Orforglipron (tablet).

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

How it works

  1. Review the selected offer

Confirm the medication, formulation, complete charge, covered term and renewal interval.

  2. Clinical assessment

The company describes questionnaire review by an separately operated prescriber; ask whether additional testing or a visit is required.

  3. Pharmacy confirmation

Confirm the dispensing pharmacy and specific prescription before preparation and shipping.

  4. Manage continuation

Use the account or support contact before the published processing deadline and retain confirmation.

What we like

  • The FAQ clearly states that a separate monthly membership is not required.
  • Product pages say shipping and supplies are included.
  • The company distinguishes its platform from separately operated clinicians and pharmacies.
  • Account cancellation has a stated processing deadline.
  • Both injection and nasal NAD+ options are described, allowing formulation-specific questions.

Watch-outs

  • Annual-plan headline rates do not establish the current month-to-month invoice.
  • Checkout determines the renewal interval; monthly shipping alone does not establish billing cadence.
  • Prescription, dispensing and carrier-handoff language creates uncertainty about the refund cutoff.
  • Ask for the actual pharmacy and clinician; general licensing claims do not establish assignment.
  • Longevity benefits and compounded equivalence are not demonstrated by a product listing.

Who it fits

You are comfortable with an online questionnaire and messaging and will obtain a complete written quote before enrolling. The no-separate-membership model is useful only if the selected treatment, upfront commitment and cancellation terms fit your needs.

Who might want another pick

You need a confirmed live appointment, an itemized insurance-billed treatment or a clearly established recurring quote before intake. Consider another option if a prepaid commitment or unresolved prescription-stage refund cutoff would create financial strain.

Questions people ask

How much does Science & Co cost per month?
The public pages emphasize annual-plan equivalents. Confirm the actual selected charge, renewal interval and ongoing price; the headline alone does not establish the complete recurring cost.
Does the price rise with the prescribed dose?
The GLP-1 product pages advertise the same price across prescribed doses. Confirm that promise for your selected term and preparation, including renewal changes.
How do I cancel Science & Co?
Use your account or support email at least seventy-two hours before the next processing date. Cancellation stops future orders. Product and shipping pages describe different prescription, dispensing and carrier stages, so confirm the current-order refund cutoff in writing.
Who provides clinical care and medication?
The company operates a technology and administrative platform; separately operated clinical entities and pharmacies provide treatment and dispensing. Obtain the actual assigned names and verify applicable licenses.
Are its compounded medicines FDA-approved?
No. FDA does not conduct premarket review of compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality. Pharmacy regulation and a prescription do not establish approval or clinical equivalence.
