The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how EdgeRx does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Clears it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Misses it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Its pharmacy page says Strive Pharmacy compounds every order but doesn't name the Strive site. Strive's sites hold separate licenses.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

FAQ promises a non-approval refund; terms exclude consultation fees. Confirm the cancellation cutoff and refund calculation.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves 47 states.

The short version

Here's the short version. EdgeRx is an online program built for men in their 40s and 50s. It's peptide-led: sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione as nasal sprays or under-the-tongue troches, plus PT-141, enclomiphene, a GHK-Cu scalp solution and compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide shots. It is not a pick yet: the actual dispensing location is not identified, and financial terms need clarification.

EdgeRx is more open about that pharmacy than most. Its pharmacy page says one network, Strive Pharmacy, a US-licensed 503A pharmacy, compounds every protocol but one. The catch is that Strive runs sites in several states, each under its own state license, and EdgeRx doesn't say which site fills your order. The actual dispensing site remains unconfirmed, and the FAQ and terms also need reconciling on consultation-fee refunds. Ask which Strive location ships to your state.

Prices are shown on every protocol page with a dose and a monthly supply. Each one lists a standard price and a lower "Founder's price" beside it, with no word on who qualifies or how long it lasts. The table here uses the standard price. NAD+ nasal spray is $149 a month and the NAD+ troche $239. Sermorelin spray is $199, glutathione spray $149, and semaglutide shots $199.

Care begins with an online medical assessment and physician review. Confirm whether the clinician or your state requires a live visit. The site says a board-certified physician licensed in your state reviews it, usually within a day, and sets your dose. Your card is charged when you order, before that review. The FAQ promises a full refund if declined, while the terms say medical consultation fees are non-refundable. Ask for a written non-approval refund calculation before paying. Once a protocol is approved and compounded, it can't be refunded.

The plans are easy to leave. Cancel or pause before any refill from the link in your order emails, with no fee and no minimum. Shipping is free. EdgeRx serves 47 states and doesn't yet cover Arkansas, Indiana or South Carolina. Enclomiphene describes hormone labs, so confirm their price and follow-up schedule. Energy, muscle and recovery promises are marketing, not proof that these particular compounded formulations deliver those outcomes. A nasal spray or troche is not an established clinical substitute for an injection.

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

How it works

  1. Find your protocol

Answer a few questions, pick a protocol and check out. Your card is charged at this step.

  2. Medical assessment

Fill out a five-minute medical questionnaire. Ask whether a live consultation is required for your particular treatment and state.

  3. Physician review

The site says a board-certified physician licensed in your state reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and sets the dose.

  4. Compounded and shipped

Strive Pharmacy compounds the order and ships it free, most often overnight, in plain packaging.

  5. Monthly refills

Refills ship on schedule. Pause or cancel before the next one from any order email.

What we like

  • Its pharmacy page names the compounding pharmacy behind almost every protocol: Strive Pharmacy, a 503A pharmacy.
  • Sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione each come as a nasal spray or a troche, so no needles are needed.
  • Every protocol page prints the dose strength and the monthly supply next to the price.
  • Physician review, ongoing oversight and shipping are in the monthly price, with no separate visit fee.
  • Cancel or pause before any refill from your order email, with no fee and no minimum commitment.

Watch-outs

  • It names Strive Pharmacy but not which Strive site fills your order. Ask before you pay.
  • Most pages lead with a lower "Founder's price" beside the standard one; confirm eligibility and the actual renewal quote.
  • You pay before physician review. FAQ non-approval refund promises conflict with the terms excluding consultation fees.
  • The public assessment-and-review description does not establish every live-visit requirement; confirm your actual clinical process.
  • Enclomiphene needs hormone labs before and during treatment, and the lab cost isn't printed.

Who it fits

You're a man who wants sermorelin, NAD+ or glutathione without needles, on a monthly plan you can pause or cancel from an email. Confirm the visit format rather than assuming a live consultation is included or unnecessary.

Who might want another pick

You want a seller that names the exact pharmacy site behind your order, you'd like a live visit, or you live in Arkansas, Indiana or South Carolina.

Questions people ask

How much does EdgeRx cost per month?
NAD+ nasal spray is $149 a month at the standard price, and sermorelin spray is $199. Compounded semaglutide shots are $199 and tirzepatide $225. Many pages also show a lower Founder's price, for example $119 for the NAD+ spray, without saying how long it lasts.
Why isn't EdgeRx a pick yet?
It names Strive Pharmacy as the pharmacy behind its protocols, but Strive runs several sites under separate state licenses, and EdgeRx doesn't say which one fills orders. Naming a site would allow its license to be checked; it would not by itself resolve every other care or financial question.
Do I see a doctor on video?
The site describes an online assessment followed by physician review, but that does not settle whether a live visit is required in your case. Ask about the consultation format and follow-up access before paying.
Can I get a refund from EdgeRx?
The FAQ promises a full refund for non-approval, but the terms exclude medical consultation-fee refunds. Get the amount and policy in writing. Prepared or shipped compounded products are generally final, and cancellation stops future unprocessed refills.
Is enclomiphene from EdgeRx FDA-approved?
No. There is no FDA-approved enclomiphene drug. The 2022 advisory vote was a recommendation, not a final prohibition or approval. Current interim compounding conditions and the actual prescription still matter. EdgeRx requires hormone labs before you start it.
