The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how Bayan Health does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Misses it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Clears it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Its pages say a licensed US pharmacy fills your order.

  4. 4 · Misses it

    Care, not research chemicals

The active BPC-157 and investigational peptide menu does not establish a qualifying routine access pathway.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

Initial protocol commitments and fifteen-day advance renewal notice can apply; installments remain due for medication already dispensed.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves all 50 states.

The short version

Bayan Health facilitates telehealth services rather than itself prescribing medication. Its FAQ identifies MDIntegrations as a clinical network and describes assessment by video, audio or secure messaging, with testing when needed. The same FAQ advertises nationwide access but qualifies it by clinician authorization, individual treatment eligibility, state rules and pharmacy availability. This is not a guarantee that every product can be prescribed at every address. Ask for the actual treating professional, the proposed formulation and the dispensing pharmacy. A general description of a network is different from verifying the individual clinician and facility assigned to a particular order.

The active catalog includes BPC-157 and several other investigational peptide listings alongside GLP-1, hormone and longevity care. The BPC-157 page combines claims about tissue repair and inflammation with an acknowledgment that human research is limited and the product is not FDA-approved. A medical review and a compounded-drug disclaimer do not establish that a preparation satisfies the applicable federal conditions or is being provided under authorized research. Ingredient and formulation differences matter. Bayan remains outside the recommendations because its reviewed catalog disclosures do not establish an appropriate routine pathway for these offerings, rather than because every medicine on the site shares one legal status.

The semaglutide page describes a bundled monthly price including medication, consultation and expedited shipping, with no separate membership fee and the same price across its listed doses. It also requires an initial three-month protocol, shipped together if approved, while payments are collected monthly. The sermorelin page describes a similar initial commitment. A monthly installment is therefore not necessarily a plan that can be stopped after a single month without remaining payments. The terms expressly say the payment obligation covers the entire dispensed protocol. Confirm the complete commitment total, product-specific dates and later renewal terms before authorizing the first payment.

NAD+ injections follow a different schedule. The current product page expressly says billing occurs every twenty-five days, while each shipment contains ten weeks of medication and an initial ten-week commitment applies. Its frequently asked questions also use ongoing-until-canceled language, so obtain written confirmation of the earliest cancellation date. A twenty-five-day charge must not be labeled a calendar-month payment or inferred from the shipment duration. Normalized comparison prices remain unquoted until the selected agreement and complete obligation are clear. Neither NAD+’s cellular role nor a bundled consultation establishes that the injections improve energy, cognition or healthy aging in an individual patient.

Renewal and cancellation require advance attention. The terms require opting out at least fifteen days before the next recurring protocol cycle, potentially triggering another sixty- or ninety-day commitment if that window is missed. Some product pages instead say cancellation before the next billing date after the initial commitment. Resolve that timing difference in writing rather than assuming the shorter window controls. The FAQ’s general flexible-plan language also does not override a product’s stated initial commitment. Keep the selected agreement and cancellation acknowledgment, especially where multiple monthly installments pay for medication delivered together rather than separate monthly shipments.

The current terms say consultation fees are generally non-refundable once clinical review begins, and medication may become non-refundable when prescribed, processed, compounded, dispensed, shipped or otherwise prepared. This is more specific than a blanket assertion that every sale is final or that all fees must remain payable after any clinical refusal. Incomplete, incorrect or damaged shipments generally require written notice within twenty-four hours of delivery, with stated exceptions for documented carrier problems or circumstances beyond reasonable control. The FAQ describes pharmacy partners without naming the actual facility; verify that identity separately. Expedited shipping remains subject to approval, pharmacy processing and carrier conditions.

What it costs

Bayan Health doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.

Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Semaglutide (injection), Tirzepatide (injection), Semaglutide microdose (injection), Tirzepatide microdose (injection), NAD+ (nasal spray), Glutathione (vial), PT-141 (bremelanotide) (injection), Enclomiphene (capsule), Progesterone (capsule), Progesterone (cream), Estradiol (cream), Estradiol (tablet), Estradiol (patch), GHK-Cu (cream), GHK-Cu (topical).

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

How it works

  1. Review the entire protocol

Confirm the total commitment and whether installment payments cover medication shipped in advance.

  2. Clinical assessment

Complete intake and any required testing, with the consultation format determined by the care arrangement.

  3. Confirm dispensing

Identify the actual pharmacy and preparation before shipment.

  4. Track renewal timing

Resolve the fifteen-day terms window and the selected product’s cancellation wording in writing.

What we like

  • The FAQ names a clinical network and separates the platform from prescribing.
  • Product pages identify included consultation and shipping.
  • Semaglutide pricing is stated as dose-flat within its listed program.
  • NAD+ injection billing is explicitly distinguished from shipment duration.
  • The terms explain obligations for protocols shipped in advance.

Watch-outs

  • Investigational peptide listings need a qualifying access explanation.
  • Initial protocols can remain payable despite monthly installments.
  • General and product-specific cancellation windows differ.
  • NAD+ injections bill every twenty-five days, rather than monthly.
  • The dispensing pharmacy for an individual order needs confirmation.

Who it fits

You will obtain the full protocol obligation, earliest cancellation date and actual pharmacy details before considering a treatment.

Who might want another pick

You require a freely cancelable one-month trial, an unambiguous short renewal cutoff or an established clinical benefit for investigational peptide care.

Questions people ask

Are monthly payments a one-month commitment?
Not necessarily. Semaglutide and sermorelin pages describe an initial three-month commitment, with medication shipped together and monthly installments. Terms say the obligation covers the entire dispensed protocol.
Are NAD+ injections billed monthly?
No. The current product page expressly states billing every twenty-five days, with ten weeks of medication per shipment and an initial ten-week commitment. Confirm the earliest permitted cancellation date and complete obligation.
How much notice does cancellation require?
Terms require opting out fifteen days before the next protocol cycle. Product pages also describe cancellation before the next billing date after an initial commitment. Obtain written clarification for the selected program before relying on either deadline.
What is refundable if treatment cannot proceed?
Terms generally exclude consultation refunds once review starts and may exclude medication once prescribed or otherwise prepared. They do not establish one universal refund outcome for every unapproved order. Confirm the actual order stage and fee allocation.
Does a licensed pharmacy make compounded drugs FDA-approved?
No. Pharmacy licensure and FDA approval of a medicine are different. The actual preparation and its applicable compounding conditions need assessment; a prescription and a disclaimer do not establish every investigational product’s access pathway.
