The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how Precision Telemed does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Clears it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Clears it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

The pages describe pharmacy categories but do not establish a specific dispensing facility for every order.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves all 50 states.

The short version

Precision Telemed is a patient-management platform operated by Precision Health Digital, working with Doctors Now PC for medical services. The catalog includes compounded GLP-1s, NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, topical copper peptide and testosterone programs. The public clinical listings include physicians and other practitioners, so a blanket promise that every patient always meets a board-certified physician would overstate what those listings establish. Medical suitability and the actual consultation format depend on the clinical assessment. The refund policy recognizes both video and asynchronous consultations. Confirm the assigned prescriber and service rather than treating a same-day-availability headline as a guaranteed appointment.

The full semaglutide program is $149.99 monthly across its stated dose range. The full tirzepatide program is $249.99 after its lower introductory month. Those offers differ from the lower-priced maintenance programs restricted to the lowest listed dose. A prepaid three-month option is another separate arrangement, with a full payment rather than three necessarily cancellable installments. Compare the selected program and total rather than applying a homepage starting figure to every prescription. Dose-flat pricing is a financial feature; it does not establish that a compounded product has the evidence or approval of a branded medicine.

NAD+ is advertised at $149 monthly after the initial offer, while sermorelin rises to $179.99 after its introductory month. The current NAD+ page describes shipment within seventy-two hours, while other products advertise forty-eight-hour shipment. Neither is a guarantee of delivery immediately after checkout or before clinical approval. Copper-peptide cream is offered as a sixty-day supply, which should not be converted into a recurring monthly charge without an actual billing schedule. Glutathione is sold by the vial with no established refill interval. The comparative monthly figures for those unconfirmed supply-based offers remain withheld.

The standard ongoing TRT program is $199.99 monthly with laboratory work, bloodwork review, medication and clinical oversight described as included. A different option accepts a complete recent outside panel and has different pricing and inclusions. Ninety-day supply packages should be evaluated by the full payment and their selected renewal terms, rather than simply treating a low monthly equivalent as the standard ongoing program. The clinician must still decide whether testosterone or another offered treatment is appropriate. Inclusion of monitoring and a convenient consultation do not establish that everyone with fatigue needs treatment or will experience a particular symptom benefit.

Pharmacy and access descriptions need their own qualification. Product pages describe state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, while general footer language also refers to outsourcing facilities. Those categories do not name the actual facility dispensing a patient’s order, and FDA registration is not approval of a compounded drug. Ask for the pharmacy’s name, location and authorization for your address. Some pages describe fifty-state access while the TRT and copper-peptide pages use forty-nine-state wording, so confirm the selected treatment and your physical location. Published professional profiles and identification numbers are useful starting points, rather than a completed license or credential verification for your assigned clinician.

Refunds have consultation and order-stage limits. The policy says an eligible cancellation after consultation but before shipment may receive a refund with a consultation deduction. It also generally excludes refunds once medication is dispensed, shipped or delivered, so an unshipped order that has already been dispensed needs specific confirmation. If treatment is declined after a consultation, the refund policy retains the consultation cost rather than promising every fee back. Verified non-delivery has a separate refund or replacement choice, with notice within forty-eight hours of the tracking delivery date. Appointment cancellations or rescheduling close to the visit can also carry a fee. Keep the actual order stage, selected agreement and cancellation acknowledgment.

How it works

  1. Choose the actual program

Distinguish full-dose, maintenance, prepaid and bring-your-own-lab options.

  2. Clinical assessment

Confirm the assigned practitioner and required consultation or testing.

  3. Verify pharmacy fulfillment

Check the dispensing facility, state access and product-specific processing estimate.

  4. Manage follow-up

Confirm the monitoring plan and order stage before requesting cancellation or a refund.

What we like

  • Full GLP-1 plans are distinguished from maintenance-only offers.
  • The standard TRT program describes included monitoring.
  • NAD+ and sermorelin introductions are separated from ongoing prices.
  • The refund policy distinguishes consultation and fulfillment stages.
  • Professional profiles are publicly available for further verification.

Watch-outs

  • Starting maintenance prices do not cover every dose.
  • The actual consultation may be video or asynchronous.
  • Supply-only prices do not establish a recurring billing interval.
  • Different product pages give different state counts and shipment estimates.
  • Consultation costs can remain payable after treatment is declined.

Who it fits

You want to compare a full GLP-1 or monitored TRT program with its maintenance and prepaid alternatives and will confirm the actual clinical and dispensing arrangement.

Who might want another pick

You require every consultation to be a guaranteed same-day physician video visit or a full refund of all costs after a clinical assessment.

Questions people ask

Does the lowest GLP-1 headline cover all doses?
No. The full program and lowest-dose maintenance offer are separate plans. The full semaglutide and tirzepatide programs describe dose-flat pricing within their stated range; compare the actual selected program.
Are all TRT laboratory costs included?
The standard ongoing program includes the stated laboratory work and monitoring. A separate option accepts a complete recent outside panel. Confirm which program and panel apply before assuming the lower figure includes arranging new labs.
Does every patient have a live physician video visit?
The public team includes different licensed practitioner types, and the refund policy recognizes video and asynchronous assessments. Confirm the actual assigned clinician and consultation format rather than assuming every order follows one model.
Can I get every fee back if treatment is declined?
The refund policy retains the consultation cost after a completed assessment. Eligible pre-shipment cancellation also has a consultation deduction, and dispensing can make an order nonrefundable even before delivery.
Are sixty-day cream supplies billed every sixty days?
The reviewed page identifies a supply period, not a confirmed recurring charge interval. Monthly comparison and structured recurring offers should not be inferred from supply alone.
