The short version
Here's the short version. PauseRx sells a wide longevity and hormone menu with no membership, and it made the cut. The thing that sets it apart is billing. You get a renewal notice each month instead of an automatic charge, and your provider reviews before each renewal. The separate refund policy still refers to subscriptions and permits changes before shipment. Its wording conflicts with the FAQ on order cancellation, so get written confirmation for your selected plan.
The longevity side is easy to price. NAD+ runs $249 a month as an injection or a troche. Sermorelin is $349 as an injection, or $249 as a troche. A topical GHK-Cu face cream starts at $199. Each price covers the provider review, the medication and shipping. Sermorelin and NAD+ aren't available in California right now.
Hormone care needs more steps. Testosterone comes as a shot, a spray or a cream, and it starts with labs. You can use recent labs or buy a panel through PauseRx. The visit price and any extra testing need confirmation before checkout; do not infer a complete hormone-care bill from a medication starting price. Estradiol is offered in the form your provider chooses.
The weight-loss side has two gaps. The compounded GLP-1 plans never name the drug, so you can't tell from the site which one you'd get. For brand Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo, PauseRx charges a provider consult, and the maker's own pharmacy bills the medication at a price PauseRx doesn't show. Ask for the full monthly cost before you start.
Care runs through a physician-led virtual care network that its FAQ names, and the FAQ also names the pharmacy that fills orders. You verify your identity with a photo ID and selfie. The FAQ rejects order cancellation after submission, while the refund page describes account changes before shipping. Confirm the applicable cutoff. PauseRx doesn't print a legal company name on its terms, either.
Product forms require separate decisions. A dissolving troche is not established as clinically equivalent to an injection, and the provider’s energy, sleep or recovery descriptions do not prove benefit from the exact compounded preparation. Confirm the prescribed form, full first charge, later amount and any additional laboratory work. The FAQ names Rush Pharmacy, but ask for the actual dispensing facility and verify its authorization for your state. A network name or starting-price card does not certify an individual prescription.

Labs when needed
Testosterone care starts with labs. Use recent results or order a panel.
Pharmacy ships it
A licensed US pharmacy fills the order, and most orders ship within 48 hours.
Monthly renewal notice
Each month you get a notice before a refill. The FAQ says you choose whether to continue; obtain the actual payment and cancellation terms in writing.

Watch-outs

- Sermorelin and NAD+ aren't available in California.
- FAQ rejects cancellation after submission, but the refund page allows account changes before shipping; confirm the cutoff.
Who it fits
You want NAD+, sermorelin or a GHK-Cu cream with no membership, and you like approving each refill yourself. It also fits someone starting hormone care who doesn't mind doing labs first.
Who might want another pick
You live in California and want sermorelin or NAD+, you want a compounded GLP-1 where the drug is named, or you want one all-in price for a brand GLP-1.
Three more to compare

NAD+ as a nasal spray, face cream, patch or shot, each with its own plan.
