The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how PeterMD does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Clears it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Misses it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Terms name Partell; the matching Nevada address now lists NationalHealthRX as active with discipline. Confirm the actual assignment.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

Email cancellation at least forty-eight hours before renewal processing; damaged-item replacement requires prompt evidence.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves 48 states.

The short version

PeterMD offers men’s health services and a longevity catalog through consultations with US-based healthcare providers. The current terms describe online and in-person consultations and electronic prescribing to a pharmacy chosen by the patient. Public pages include testosterone, sermorelin, NAD+ products and metformin. A broad menu and physician assessment do not establish that every promoted wellness outcome is proven or that each product is suitable for an individual. Ask which legal medical practice, practitioner and pharmacy will provide the selected care, along with the exact medicine and formulation. The platform’s ratings, testimonials and marketing claims are not a substitute for those order-specific facts.

The pharmacy disclosure needs more careful treatment than a simple licensed-or-revoked label. PeterMD’s terms still name Absolute Pharmacy and Partell Pharmacy. The current official Nevada license portal lists National Health RX at the matching Las Vegas address, under the pharmacy license associated with the historical Partell record, as active with discipline indicated. That current result does not erase disciplinary history, prove unrestricted authorization in every destination state or confirm that the facility fills a particular PeterMD order. Equally, an older revocation record must not be presented as proof that the current matching facility is unlicensed. Obtain the actual legal dispensing name, license details and applicable restrictions before proceeding.

The testosterone page publicly separates a one-month plan from six- and twelve-month options paid at larger totals. The lowest monthly equivalent belongs to the longest commitment, rather than the shortest purchase. The page describes using laboratory results, medical history and symptoms to personalize treatment, but those descriptions do not settle every included test, follow-up visit or medication quantity. Obtain the selected agreement and an itemized total. A marketing claim that testosterone restores focus, energy or body composition is not a guarantee of those benefits and should not replace a clinical diagnosis, discussion of risks and ongoing monitoring.

The sermorelin page describes a four-week purchase and a larger twelve-week supply. A supply period does not by itself establish automatic renewal or prove that a medication is charged every twenty-eight days. The general auto-bill policy applies only to selected recurring products and defers the actual regular intervals to checkout. Normalized prices remain unquoted until that schedule and the complete charge are clear. The longevity catalog also promotes NAD+ capsules, injectable NAD+ and metformin, but those route and product choices should not be treated as equivalent or as proven ways to slow aging. The clinician should explain the applicable evidence for the exact preparation and indication.

Access varies by treatment. The reviewed testosterone and sermorelin pages exclude Alabama and Idaho, while other preparations can have additional limits. That does not establish a universal list for every current medicine, laboratory or pharmacy. Confirm the patient’s physical location and the product-specific dispensing rules rather than applying one page’s map to the full catalog. The same caution applies to drug identity: a GLP-1 class label is insufficient to identify the active ingredient, brand-versus-compounded status, concentration and complete treatment plan. Request those details before comparing a price or assuming the approved brand’s evidence applies to a preparation.

The refund and auto-bill policy says purchases are final once medication is received and does not accept unused prescription returns. Damaged or defective items have a replacement process requiring a picture, proof of purchase and email notice within twenty-four hours. The page later uses broader no-refund acknowledgment wording, so an unreceived or clinically declined order needs specific confirmation rather than an assumed refund. Auto-renewal cancellation must be emailed at least forty-eight hours before renewal processing, not merely before delivery. Where a refund is eligible, the policy requires the original card, describes a ninety-day processing limit from purchase and warns that a credit may take two billing cycles to appear. Keep the cancellation acknowledgment and actual order stage.

What it costs

PeterMD doesn't publish a standing monthly price yet. The intake shows it before you pay, if the price rule above clears.

Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Tirzepatide (injection), Sermorelin (injection), NAD+ (capsule), Metformin (tablet), Testosterone (TRT) (injection).

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

How it works

  1. Identify the selected care

Confirm the exact medicine, clinical practice and treatment availability for your state.

  2. Review total costs

Separate one-month purchases, larger prepaid totals and any laboratory costs.

  3. Verify dispensing

Obtain the actual legal pharmacy name and current authorization rather than relying on a historical brand label.

  4. Manage renewals early

Email at least forty-eight hours before renewal processing and retain acknowledgment.

What we like

  • Current product pages separate short and longer purchase options.
  • Terms identify pharmacy names and allow pharmacy choice.
  • Testosterone assessment is described as using laboratory results and history.
  • The renewal policy publishes an advance cancellation deadline.
  • The damaged-product policy identifies the required reporting evidence.

Watch-outs

  • Current pharmacy identity and discipline history need order-specific clarification.
  • Supply periods do not establish automatic billing intervals.
  • Long-plan monthly equivalents require a larger commitment.
  • Product and destination-state restrictions vary.
  • Damaged orders require rapid reporting; ordinary prescription returns are excluded.

Who it fits

You can verify the actual clinical and dispensing arrangement and compare the entire payment commitment before choosing a product.

Who might want another pick

You need a confirmed short recurring schedule, a broad return option or a pharmacy assignment with all current restrictions resolved before enrollment.

Questions people ask

Does the historical pharmacy order establish current license status?
No. The current official Nevada portal lists National Health RX at the matching address as active with discipline indicated. Historical orders remain relevant, but the current dispensing entity, destination authorization and applicable restrictions require separate confirmation.
Does a four-week supply mean billing every four weeks?
Not by itself. Sermorelin is sold in stated supply lengths, while the auto-bill policy applies only to selected recurring products and defers the charge interval to checkout. Obtain the exact selected dates and total.
Is the lowest TRT monthly figure a one-month purchase?
No. The public testosterone page separates one-month, six-month and twelve-month options. Longer-plan monthly equivalents correspond to larger payment commitments; confirm laboratory, medication and follow-up inclusions.
How do cancellation and damaged-order requests work?
Email cancellation at least forty-eight hours before renewal processing. Damaged or defective products require pictures, proof of purchase and notice within twenty-four hours for replacement. Received prescription medication is generally final and not returnable.
Are NAD+ products proven to slow aging?
The catalog promotes longevity benefits, but a purchase option and the molecule’s biological role do not establish a reliable clinical aging benefit. Formulation, route, indication and the quality of human outcome evidence matter.
