The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how RNK Health does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Misses it

The price shows before you pay

Inclusive product pricing differs from terms permitting separate pharmacy fees; obtain a complete written invoice.

  3. 3 · Clears it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Terms describe licensed third-party pharmacies; a Utah address does not identify your assigned dispensing facility.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

Cancel and refund terms are published where you can read them.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves all 50 states.

The short version

RNK Health lists compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, NAD+ in several forms, sermorelin and other products. GLP-1 landing pages advertise one monthly amount including medication, consultation, supplies and shipping. However, the terms distinguish recurring RNK access fees from pharmacy product, dispensing and shipping fees that may be charged separately. The refund policy also describes a single inclusive price. These statements do not establish one unambiguous complete invoice. Ask which document governs the selected order, whether a pharmacy bills separately, and what every initial and later charge includes before comparing a plan with another clinic.

NAD+ injection and sermorelin pages show monthly, three-month and six-month plans. The longer plans charge in advance while describing monthly shipments; their monthly equivalents are not the amount paid at checkout. The lowest headline belongs to the six-month commitment rather than the month-to-month option. Choose the actual term and request its full prepaid total, renewal date, shipment schedule and refund consequences. A product page describing a medication supply does not establish the same billing schedule for every service or form. NAD+ nasal spray and liposomal liquid should also be compared as their own formulations, without assuming the injection’s evidence or plan applies.

The terms identify three outside medical groups: OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, Reliant MD Medical Associates and MD Integrations. They describe clinician review that may be live or written depending on the state and clinical circumstances. A homepage call promise is therefore not a guaranteed live appointment for every patient. These company disclosures identify the care model, not your treating clinician or a completed separate license inspection. Ask for your prescriber’s exact name, state license and follow-up arrangements. Marketing about preserving muscle, instant appetite effects or reversing age does not prove those outcomes for the specific compounded formulation.

Pharmacy fulfillment is also described through licensed third parties. The footer provides a Utah pharmacy address and telephone number without an exact facility name. An address alone is insufficient to verify the actual dispenser, its license or its authority to ship the selected formulation to your state. Request that information before paying. The terms describe service across all fifty states subject to medication, program and eligibility restrictions; that is not a promise that every listed treatment is available everywhere. Compounded products are not FDA-approved, and a pharmacy license does not establish FDA review of their safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality before dispensing.

The ordinary subscription fee becomes final when intake is submitted, and ordinary renewals are nonrefundable. The refund policy provides exceptions: medical disqualification can produce a refund for an unused portion, while wrong, damaged or undelivered medication generally follows a replacement-first process. Report delivery problems within seven days with the required information. To prevent renewal, cancel at least seventy-two hours before the billing date through the stated account or support channels. A reminder is promised seven days before each charge. Importantly, the terms allow access fees to continue while a required refill form remains unfinished. Stopping forms or receiving no shipment is not the same as canceling billing.

What it costs

RNK Health doesn't publish a monthly price for its treatments. Ask for the full monthly cost in writing before you pay.

Also offered (no standing monthly price published): Semaglutide (injection), Tirzepatide (injection), NAD+ (injection), Sermorelin (injection).

Compounded drugs aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't check them for safety or quality before they're dispensed.

How it works

  1. Choose the exact plan

Confirm the product, form, initial total, renewal date and whether the pharmacy bills any separate fees.

  2. Complete clinician review

An outside medical group reviews the intake, live or in writing depending on the state and clinical circumstances. Approval is not guaranteed.

  3. Confirm the dispenser

Request the pharmacy’s exact name, address and license before fulfillment; the footer address alone does not establish assignment.

  4. Track forms and billing

Complete required refill forms and separately manage renewal. Access fees can continue without a completed form; cancellation requires seventy-two hours of notice.

What we like

  • NAD+ and sermorelin cards distinguish charge frequency from monthly shipments.
  • The refund policy promises a reminder seven days before each renewal.
  • NAD+ is listed as an injection, nasal spray and liposomal liquid.
  • Terms name the outside medical groups involved in clinician review.
  • The refund policy describes medical-disqualification and delivery-problem exceptions.

Watch-outs

  • Inclusive-price marketing differs from terms allowing separate pharmacy charges.
  • Access fees can continue while required refill forms remain unfinished.
  • Lowest longevity headlines require a six-month prepaid commitment.
  • Ordinary intake and renewal fees are final; refund exceptions are limited.
  • The public pharmacy address does not establish the exact assigned dispensing facility.

Who it fits

You prefer a short menu and a choice of monthly or prepaid longevity plans, and will obtain the full pharmacy-inclusive invoice and assigned clinician details first.

Who might want another pick

You require an unambiguous inclusive invoice without further questions, a guaranteed live visit, a named dispenser publicly listed or a general post-intake refund window.

Questions people ask

Is RNK Health’s price all-inclusive?
Product pages and the refund policy describe inclusive pricing, but the terms permit separate pharmacy product, dispensing and shipping fees. Obtain a selected written invoice resolving that difference, including access fees, medication, supplies and any laboratory work.
How do the longevity plans bill?
NAD+ injection and sermorelin pages list monthly, three-month and six-month billing with monthly shipments. Longer-plan monthly equivalents are not the upfront total. Confirm the chosen commitment, full payment and renewal schedule.
Can I get a refund?
Ordinary intake and renewal fees are final. Medical disqualification can qualify for an unused-portion refund. Wrong, damaged or undelivered orders generally follow replacement first, with a refund if replacement cannot be provided. Report delivery problems within seven days.
How do I stop renewal?
Cancel through the account or stated support channels at least seventy-two hours before the billing date. The policy promises a reminder seven days before charging. Access fees can continue while refill forms are incomplete; an unfinished form does not cancel the subscription.
Who provides care and fills prescriptions?
The terms name OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, Reliant MD Medical Associates and MD Integrations and describe licensed third-party pharmacies. Request your assigned clinician and dispenser names and licenses; the footer address does not identify the pharmacy or confirm assignment.
