The six rules

Every pick has to clear all six. Here's how SnagRx does. How picks work

  1. 1 · Clears it

    A clinician sees you first

A licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything ships.

  2. 2 · Clears it

The price shows before you pay

You can see the monthly price before you enter a card.

  3. 3 · Clears it

A licensed US pharmacy fills it

Its site lists four 503A pharmacies by name and city: Red Rock, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx.

  4. 4 · Clears it

    Care, not research chemicals

Nothing sold for research use only, and no compounds pharmacies can't legally make.

  5. 5 · Clears it

    There's a clear way out

Refund page requires 72 hours; terms defer to checkout. Medical disqualification refunds deduct services already provided.

  6. 6 · Clears it

    You can actually sign up

The signup is open, and it serves 49 states.

The short version

Here's the short version. SnagRx does one thing: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections. The price covers the medication, supplies, the doctor review and shipping, and it stays the same at every dose. There's no monthly membership. Month to month, semaglutide is $99 and tirzepatide is $149. It's In on the body-composition and metabolic lists because those prices sit in its terms for anyone to read.

Look past the countdown clock. The homepage runs a sale banner, a "was" price and a timer that says the price is about to go up. The low headline figure is the 12-month plan, $69 a month for semaglutide, billed once up front for the year. Three- and six-month plans sit in between. Multi-month plans renew for the same length unless you cancel, and the terms list every plan with its total.

The order runs payment first. You take a short health quiz, pick a plan and pay, then finish the medical intake in the patient portal. A clinician from OpenLoop Health, a network of US-licensed doctors, reviews it, usually within a day. SnagRx's own nursing staff handle follow-up questions. Confirm whether a live visit or testing is required for your own treatment and state; the public intake description does not settle every case.

SnagRx names the pharmacies that fill its orders. The site lists four US 503A compounding pharmacies with their cities: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy in St. George, Utah, Health Warehouse in Florence, Kentucky, Precision Medicine in Bellmore, New York, and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama. The company describes temperature-controlled UPS delivery, often in one to two days. The named network is not proof of the actual facility assigned to you. Ask for its name and address, then check that specific license. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and a clinician must determine whether a particular prescription is appropriate; the dose display in an account is not a prescribing instruction.

The refund rules are the catch. All payments are final when you pay, and unused months of a prepaid plan are never refunded. The one exception is a medical disqualification, and even then the value of services already given comes out of the refund. The refund policy requires cancellation 72 hours before billing, while the terms defer to checkout and give 48 hours as an example. Confirm the controlling deadline and keep the cancellation receipt. SnagRx excludes Louisiana; Nebraska patients must be at least 19.

How it works

  1. Quick health quiz

Answer a five-minute qualifier, then pick semaglutide or tirzepatide and a plan length.

  2. Pay, then the intake

Pay for the first term, then finish the medical intake in the patient portal.

  3. Clinician review

An OpenLoop Health clinician reviews your intake, usually within a day.

  4. A 503A pharmacy ships it

One of four named pharmacies ships your order cold, often in one to two days.

What we like

  • One price at every dose, covering medication, supplies, the doctor review and shipping.
  • No monthly membership fee on top of the medication price.
  • Names four 503A pharmacies, each with its city, on its own site.
  • The terms list every plan length with its per-month rate and up-front total.
  • Orders ship temperature-controlled, usually arriving within one to two days.

Watch-outs

  • The homepage price is the 12-month plan, billed up front, under a sale banner and a countdown.
  • Voluntary cancellation does not refund prepaid months; medical disqualification may yield a refund after service deductions.
  • You pay before the medical intake, so check eligibility questions first.
  • The refund page says cancel 72 hours before billing; terms defer to a checkout cutoff. Confirm which applies.
  • Not available in Louisiana; Nebraska patients must be at least 19. Confirm any live-visit or testing requirements.

Who it fits

You want compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at a flat price that won't rise with your dose, and you're fine with written care. Prepaid terms need particular care because treatment can change and voluntary cancellation does not refund unused months.

Who might want another pick

You want a refund if you change your mind, a live visit or labs before you start, or a longevity product beyond GLP-1s. Louisiana residents need another option.

Questions people ask

How much does SnagRx cost per month?
Month to month, compounded semaglutide is $99 and tirzepatide is $149. Three-, six- and twelve-month plans cost less per month, down to $69 for semaglutide, but each is billed once up front.
Does SnagRx charge more at higher doses?
No. The price is the same at every dose, and it includes the medication, supplies, the doctor review and shipping. There's no monthly membership fee.
Can I get a refund from SnagRx?
Generally no. Payments are final at purchase, and unused months of multi-month plans aren't refunded. If a provider medically disqualifies you, you're refunded minus the value of services already given.
Which pharmacies fill SnagRx orders?
SnagRx lists four US 503A compounding pharmacies: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York and Triad Rx in Alabama.
Is compounded semaglutide from SnagRx FDA-approved?
No. Compounded drugs are made by licensed pharmacies, but they aren't FDA-approved, and the FDA doesn't review them before they're dispensed.
